I'm sure Konstantinos will find a way out for you... and another batch is expected in the first week of Jan-14√ The Dv2 is awesome ~ you just cannot let go ~ stick on here and you'd definitely have it, a 'must have'.

I know this has been covered, but I can't find the page. The black insulator came out of the base and is stuck to the ceramic. How can a safely separate them?

It looks like it also shrank. It slips in and out of the base. Is it glued or press fitted?

Press fitted.
Somehow you must hold steady the insulator part and then try to take off the ceramic by turning slowly.
It maybe help you if you put it first in the refrigeration for a while

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll try when I get back home. If I don't break anything, how do I reinstall the insulator if it's loose? Glue, tape, paper towel?

Had that problem myself with it after the recent update, deleted and reinstalled the earlier version...

Oh and still waitin' for my vapemail, hopefully Mon or Tues

I am plannin' on usin' my 22mm IBT and startin' to have some concerns regarding the wick stayin' in position when constantly bein' pushed thru the o-rings to refill the tank
