I found a tank I got it filled and sitting in it now in a coffee cup on the counter. I'll go check it to see if its draining

edit: so far it's not draining I suspect its the pressure on the zen tank causing over wicking

Is the zen new? I'd check to make sure it is airtight, that o-rings are not damaged. I would also take it apart and really clean it with iso alcohol, make sure thereisn't some bit of detritus somewhere causing it to not be properly sealed. I've had this happen to me many times in multiple tanks and attys if I haven't cleaned the in a while.

I didn't get it ~ why some are using Dv1's Pos-Pin on Dv2 pls?

Billet Box. Due to the nature of the connection, the v2 pin causes too tight a draw, leading to a brief moment of gurgling/flooding/leaking about 2/3rds of the way through the tank. The v1 pin has 2 deep crossed grooves as opposed to the one shallow groove in the v2 pin, which allows for a looser draw, and seems so far to resolve the issue (as of 4 tanks I've tested, plus testing by Dayloon as well).

It is only an issue for some people, and there are other ways to address it. K &Co. are using Billets with the v2 pin, and they work just fine, so not an issue for everyone.

On any other tank, the draw is ridiculously airy, unusable.

Man, I'm ready to fly up there to help out as long as we sit at the bar at Slows!

Tell me more about the coil - it is 3mm silica, but what wires for R and NR, resistance, regular or microcoil, etc.

Kabonk, we suggest use the 45mm Diver with double 3.0mm wick. We will try make a test with cotton tomorrow and inform you. Until then, pls add in Kat advices:
The wicks are not pushed in the side of the base slot but in the middle. You dont have to worry about it, just be sure that they are not completely in the side.
Check that you cut the down wicks of both edges (when you use wick).
While you unscrew your Diver check that the base are still screwed well in the Divers tube.
The most important of all (as you already noticed) is to have a tank which has tight end-caps.

Any Diver v2 & billet box users getting slightly disappointing vapour? It's really quite poor (using pre-made coils). Not sure what's going on. Still getting no leaks though which is great.

I use microcoil and cotton. I even gave away all my supplies for building normal coils - 32g Nickel, 32g and 36g Kanthal.

What juice are you vaping? And resistance/voltage? I build about 2.6-2.7 ohm microcoils, which would run on my Provari at about 4.9-5.0v, but on the BB, some juices need it cranked up to 5.25v, otherwise the vapor kinda sucks. I just ran into this with a new juice, Ahlusion Orange Creamsicle, it needs 5.25v.

Stan what a beauty my friend

Dadyloon most possible while you screw the tube in the base the wicks didnt take the correct position (maybe because hold from the threads)

Thanks Sir!
It is also vaping like a volcano

For some quirky reason the Dv2 is performing it's best in this Scuba-QE... maybe it's just my head playing tricks - but I seriously feel the difference in vape quality and the hit. This is a stupendously wonderful setup ~ Firing like there's no tomorrow

And it looks soooo cool... One cannot really fathom its true beauty unless s/he holds it in his/her in hand. You did a marvellous job with this Black Scuba Konstantinos... I am awestruck!

it works perfectly in a normal tank no leaks at all its just my zen 2 carto tank hybrid which is what I bought it for I tried the 3 mm silica doubled with no luck the juice just drains right out of the tank I then put the same build in a RH map tank and no leak at all so its something to do with the zen tank. I'll try a few more builds on it before I give up

Can you post some pictures. Sometimes, we can identify things to check or change based on some good, close-up shots of the tank.

O ring not sealing... losing vacuum??? ... I'd think that's most likely reason.

I just put together the sexy curvy V2 Diver with V2 SS pin and new Brass top on my BB, so far so good.
