Ok, had some ideas while I was at the office today regarding the Fluid Flask. Finally had a chance to test it out. I'm able to fill it without leakage now, so that's a big plus for me.
It's not going to be an easy fill method that the tank allows with a cartomizer, it's a bit tinkery... however:
Prior to filling or refilling, pull the flask up on the diver so that the feed hole is below the oring on the bottom of the tank.
Remove the driptip/top.
With the diver in the same position, keep it upright and fill down the sides till the level of juice is up almost to the top of the diver (basically, same way you'd fill a lava tank, but being mindful of where the feed hole is positioned).
Now that it is filled (almost) to capacity, FIRST press the drip tip back onto the tank... THEN push the diver up until the flange seats (keep pressure on the top cap).
I've filled it to about 90% capacity, so not a bad deal at all... just a bit more involved than expected. I'm happy with the purchase of these tanks now =)
Busy weekend, so not sure I'll have time to rebuild any coils... but once I think I have it knocked I'll report my findings.
