Ok, had some ideas while I was at the office today regarding the Fluid Flask. Finally had a chance to test it out. I'm able to fill it without leakage now, so that's a big plus for me.

It's not going to be an easy fill method that the tank allows with a cartomizer, it's a bit tinkery... however:

Prior to filling or refilling, pull the flask up on the diver so that the feed hole is below the oring on the bottom of the tank.

Remove the driptip/top.

With the diver in the same position, keep it upright and fill down the sides till the level of juice is up almost to the top of the diver (basically, same way you'd fill a lava tank, but being mindful of where the feed hole is positioned).

Now that it is filled (almost) to capacity, FIRST press the drip tip back onto the tank... THEN push the diver up until the flange seats (keep pressure on the top cap).

I've filled it to about 90% capacity, so not a bad deal at all... just a bit more involved than expected. I'm happy with the purchase of these tanks now =)

Busy weekend, so not sure I'll have time to rebuild any coils... but once I think I have it knocked I'll report my findings.

That's a good description and my method for filling up cartos in the past and my Divers in the future.

When my tanks are running low on juice I push the tank up on the Diver so the air hole is at the bottom and I hold and tilt my APV so the hole is at the lowest point with the remaining juice flowing in to it. Sometimes I'll take dry hits in this position to help empty the tank. I'll vape 'em dry. I have a new game called "juice of the day" where I'll completely vape the remaining juice and then dry burn and put in a different juice. I've been digging into the back of my juice storage boxes and refilling with neglected samples and purchases and I've really enjoyed having so much variety while using fewer active tanks compared to when I was using cartomizers.

Flange have a diameter 10mm (9.2mm the body) and its really thin.

Yes, but as Andy said, if u have a good tank with tight caps make it more difficult to slip off. I think the flange make your life easier especially for u who didnt use cartos before.

So lucky to find one in a shop a couple of days ago: works incredibly well, i've vaped with it for the whole week end and almost forgot my other devices.
Fit it into a small 2ml 35mm's tank and used it with an 1100mAh's eGo Spinner for testing and kept there until now, it's time for a proper tank.
Any advice for some Pyrex and beautifull tank to use it with my Provari?

I have been using the same tank, as yourself.

With the Twins, Hippo, and Diver sitting on one of my provari minis . . . The upcoming Scuba tank will complete the package.

I also have been using the 22mm IBT and it works great. The problem I have is, I don't like the looks of this tank, so for now I'm going back to my D-base tanks. But, what I am really looking forward to is having to decided between the Scuba and the Paps SnP. Knowing me I'll probably get both...I'm so weak :(

just got my diver in the mail today :) i have had multiple RBA using mesh coils but this is my first RBA silica.. I used the set up the came assembled and put in in my PRIVE SPECIAL tank and it fits great and the vapor and flavor are outstanding as expected... but i think I flooded the atty :(

Just to inform u that we never release a 45mm Diver

Smokfreedoc if u use the stock resistance that came with the Diver pls check:
1. The prive filler tap and the orings of end-caps are tight.
2. U push together the ceramic with the pole to have a good fit.
3. U screw the base to the Diver body enough

If u check these and u still have problem pls inform me
