If the top cap needs to be removed prior to feeling. There is always a risk of flooding when replacing the said. Essentially, you are forcing e-liquid into the feed hole. In this sense the Diver is no different than any other carto.
Not being familiar with your set-up, although I know it must be nice, what are the filling instructions?

seriously though I'll watch the vid shortly and see if i can throw my perspective.
I think u can fill it with the way he explain. But how can u refill it? only if it is empty or almost empty
ok, after seeing that I only have one idea that might work... you're going to have to try filling the tank, placing the top cap, and then inverting it super fast. once you have it upsidedown you can take your time pressing the cap to seat it.
basically, with the top cap removed, there is no vacuum to hold the liquid up, so while the tank is open the weight of the liquid creates enough pressure to pee into the feed hole while filling. I'm not positive the above will work flawlessly, but should cut down on the amount flooded and at that point you may just end up with a small amount yhat needs to be blown out (with the feed hole in the air bubble).

cool...that is how i think i made it work...definitely lost some liquid...not a science by any means... still wish there was an easier way... regardless, when it was vaping it vaped well...gotta work out the kinks

Got Vape-Mail form Greece about an hour ago... This Diver is a pretty sweet piece of gear.
Very simple to set-up. (at least when using the pre-done wick / coil ) I set the ceramic and pin, checked ohms (1.6), trimmed wick, primed it, made sure the hole was lined up properly when screwing down the tube, installed in carto tank, filled with my DIY Hangsen RY4, and.... Man, this vapes great! 
It's nice to get a device which works well quickly out of the box....

No disrespect to Mike/Zen, but I would highly suggest priming/filling the carto properly and installing it into the device prior to filling the tank.
If not, 2 things may happen. One, the carto is not fully saturated and an ensuing dry hit will follow. Two, with the dry carto installed and the tank filled, you cannot properly gage the saturation of the carto and may flood it.

Yet, another Diver received and added to the my Diver collection. Needless to say, it is set up and vaping perfectly.

Does the Diver come with any no resistance wire or resistance wire? What gauge Kanthal do you suggest to use?

The Diver comes with no extra R and NR wire other than what is used in the one complete ceramic cup/coil assembly.
I have been having much success using 32g Kanthal A-1 resistance wire and 32g Nickel non resistance wire.

+1 on the same wire for both.....and to constantly pricking myself with wire in the name of vaping.
I like a 1.2ohm to 1.5ohm coil. I think that 28awg would be too big to fit the ceramic and 34awg wouldn't yield enough coils to properly vaporize liquid. I too use 32awg A-1 Kanthal and 32awg Nickel. I have some Kanthal A-1 ribbon wire (.5mm x .1mm), but alas, it similarly won't fit to get to my desired resistance. There isn't a lot of room for experimentation with wire (more so with wick), but that's okay - it vapes great and it's easy to use.
Andy we are almost ready, the Scuba must be available this Monday. I also make a ring who makes the Scuba completely outside ss finish.
