Some people love tanks, some people have issues with them. They're a mixed bag. They need to be cleaned and you may need to adjust the wick which is pretty small. If they work for you they're pretty easy. No filler and you can see when you need more juice.

I liked the tanks but got a better vape with cartos. With tanks, flavor is cooler and slightly muted. I'd really recommend the Boge 2.0 for your riva. You get a really nice vape. You could also try the Dual coil cartomizers or even the echo-e cartomizers. They hold a great deal more juice.

Atomizer and drip tip for testing juices and vaping ones that don't earn cartos (rarely vaped, too thick, whatever)

Cartomizers for your faves.

In Boge cartomizers (the most popular) I use juices with 20% or less VG and I avoid juices that leave a lot of flavoring sediment to clog the stuffing (so I am mostly vaping light clear juices). The Boge 2.0 ohm ones are popular. I use the standard resistance because I share them with my slim 510 manual.

I prefer clearomizers to cartomizers, because the wick doesn't have to compete with a gob of pillow filling to keep the coil wet. But traditional clearomizers do have problems with leaking. I've been using aluminum clearomizers lately (which aren't clear, and are called cartomizers on the website I order them from) - they don't leak, but you also can't see the level of liquid in them, which was one of the big bonuses of using clearomizers over cartomizers.

I've always been mainly a 901 attie user & especially love the LR901's. However, the quality of them seems to have gone down hill drastically & some of them are dying within a few days :( So tried cartomisers again & I agree, the Boge cartos are very good :D
