when it got up to operating temp and the threads expanded, did you by chance tighten it down a smudge more?

Any who, just vape it till it's hot again, and unscrew it while the metal has expanded. They tend to do that from time to time. Sometimes I just loosen the battery or 510 top cap then am able to loosen an over tight atty. relive any tension on it and should come loose. happens.

yeah, i thought my kraken was gonna be stuck on my astro for good. but i took off my top cap from my mod, then took off the top cap from my dripper, used my shirt to hold the mod top cap in one hand and with the other hand i took a precision screwdriver and positioned it between the posts for my coils and used it as leverage. came right off.

idk if that explanation was clear enough for you, hahahaha!!! if need be, i'll take some pics.

Use pliers with one of those rubber jar opener pads so you don't mar the finish. Twist if off. Take the top cap off first. If you must, use the posts to turn it (the center post is only held in by a plastic washer though...use it for leverage if you only turn one outside post. The outside posts are in contact with the base. Don't bust them off though.) Should be easy.

Clean the threads when you get it off. Both the mod and the topper.
