you guys realize that this whole process is going to take quite sometime so more then likely the orders already placed will get shipped out and we will get our stuff they probably just wont sell anymore. and im saying it takes a long time from seeing a business i know go threw a court process and also a few people i know tho i could be 100 % wrong with court involving a trade mark

I dont get whats so confusing. If u wanna buy a 1:1 hanna clone thats fine. But dont try to act like its not 100% wrong. It a darn box mod, what is so hard about moving the LCD placment and changing the name? Its a box with a LCD 3 buttons and a universal chip. Why would they wanna look 1:1 hanna mod. I think a bottom LCD is stupid anyway

They are in China and have no offices here in America. So, they are safe unless they open an office here in America. They don't have an international TradeMark agreement with America yet. They almost had one when they had the Olympics but that changed to "business as usual" when the Olympics was over

Absolutely, not sure I'll get mine now. I emailed them asking if they would still ship as I was one of the first orders. If not to cancel and refund the order. Hana Modz?, more like Hana Barberra Modz. I called twice and got a busy signal. I'm doubtful they'll reply to my email at this point. They were aware of the law suit 05/16/2014 and not a word was said. I feel like a mushroom, keep me in the dark and feed me BS
some one on their facebook said they called and was told they got there shipment in today and are testing and shipping them out, im hoping whatever legal troubles there going through if its legit is not going to get in the way of the no logo clones. they seem to still have the intentions of sending them out, its truly uknown if there telling the truth or not since there is no proof of shipment or updates at all for the past week or so. my only mistake during this presale was feeding the trolls on this forum and pre ordering with an unreliable vendor....
Yeah I read that as well, like you say, hard to believe the way they haven't been communicating and website changes.
I'd be totally happy if I could still get one, as for trolls, haha, they are on every forum.
Skin can you elaborate on the "does 1-10" in the lawsuit? You seem to have the most legal knowledge here.

It's nearly guaranteed a way to apply liability to all those with direct ownership of the company while not having a complete list of actual names at the time of filing.
Ok. thats what I thought. I wanted to make sure it pertained to individuals within the company and not other companies. Considering illvapes is the only defendant, hana modz seems to be going after them for selling the ones with the official looking logos only.

Im left to assume if they were going to file other suits they would have filed them all at once or at least had the others pending by now.
It's gonna be pretty hard to bring suit against those marketing the clones without the logos, that's likely why they targeted Illvapes, that and the apparent fact they implied the units with Hana's Logo somehow had more value.

so from what my buddy told me it should be illvapes employees, consultants who were compensated for their help in using the logo, and possibly suppliers. Wouldn't be other vendors or it would say "red company". Since Clouper is in china, they should be ok.

We received 100 of them today. Then another shipment is going out from China today. We are gradually getting them in as they flash the chip.
