Its not meant to criticize. Some people are getting concerned and I dont think they need the added stress of being burnt or whatever when its just speculation.

well after a few days i finally heard back from illvapes on my email, even though someone on there facebook said they had already received them and are in the process of sending them out. my email clearly states they are still waiting for them, go figure.... there gonna send out a mass email soon
It's sad that this thread has turned into the same garbage the legit Hana thread turned into. No matter what site you ordered through, you read the short paragraph stating that preorders would have their dates shifted. We all want our $70-$80 worth in the end but im willing to bet that we all have something in front of our keyboards/phones that will hold us over till then.
hmmmm. Just thought about this. What happened to the OG triple OG people that preordered off that one site for like $120? Haven't heard a peep from them since the early pages.

But please look up temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction.
While a trial may take quite a while to happen Hana can prevent illvapes from selling/shipping any clones in very short order sans trial.
Like a wreck, you know it's not going to turn out well, and you can't look away.
you know my main reason for ordering from illvapes was because i wanted to support a local vendor, paying the extra state tax was a hit i was willing to take. had i known all i would gain was stress and headaches i never would have given them my money, i was going to go with my instinct which steered me towards elev8. unfortunately this is not one of those times i should have done the admirable thing. i cant wait to leave this all behind me...

I ordered from Ill because it was the first place I found them and left my order there because of the supposed built in batt. Sent them a message two weeks ago that if it had no li-po batt. to change to the no logo and refund the difference or give full refund. Have not heard from them.
Hanna could agree to drop it if they would remove the logo and pay cost. It would save everyone a lot of grief and money. There is no real gain in shutting down one seller if these things are sold everywhere else with no logo anyway. I don't blame Hana for trying to do something, just hope something can be worked out.
Looks like Hanna filed for the trademark on April 19th. Would that make all sales before that ok? Anybody have any idea how this works? Don't know if they can go back or not.
They shut down flea market venders for the same thing. Next month they are back out there with a new shipment with labels cut off.
Anyway, last week I ordered a second Vapor Shark DNA. Have had the first one for six months now and love it.

well i see that as good news, it just confirms that only the logo'd version that illvapes is being affected and the non logo will go on as normal cause like vapor joe stated.. you cant patent trademark a metal box and a color
