FYI Hyperion was the vendor selling Hana's at VapeBash. Hyperion is about 10 miles NW of where Hana is located in Illinois and both are maybe 15 miles from Chicago where VapeBash was held. I bought my real Hana from Hyperion after waiting 7 weeks for my Hana pre-ordered at SSVapes.
This trademark/patent issue has larger implications though. Most of our China made gear is sourced through Alibaba and it's subsidiaries. AliBaba is planning a US IPO to become a publicly traded company. Once that happens they will have to have US offices and then they will fall directly under US patent and trademark restrictions, as well as making it much easier for ICE, the FTC, and the FDA to attempt to seize and regulate the products they offer.

I just checked the blocked list I don't see anything there. Plus I have emailed them a couple times, no response. Weird. I ordered a 2nd round black as well. When I log in to my account I have a tracking number that says not found and a shipped date of 4/15/2014, haha.

*UPDATE 5/20/14 @ 11:47PM EST: Elev8 Vape is proud to announce that we have tested and packaged 120 units today, with more being tested and sent out tomorrow. Tomorrow our first shipment will run out and we will wait for the next shipment which is due to come in 2 days. We are also proud to say that the clones read ohms correctly! All 120 units have read resistance correctly. Cloupor has also removed the logo from the stickers inside the clone.

I get the distinct impression the people at Illvapes are not the brightest people in the world.
Yet another reason i am sooooo glad i ordered from 101. 101 has been around for way too long. At the very least, i am cofident that if it all goes to the crapper, i'll be refunded. Now, if they would get a hefty order of green mods in, i'd be a happy vaper.

Umm, highly doubt that, just try to buy one. Funny thing about Authentics, people buy them and they are worth it. Nemi clones hasn't hurt them, just try to buy a Nemesis. Tough to find.
Clones often promote authentic gear. There is always a market for the real deal. They usually are harder to acquire than the clones.
Nothing unusual about that. Lots of my vape orders end up sitting some where or not being updated for days. That's the shipping option and speed and priority of the parcel dispatch office and it's efficiency.
Hmm, wouldn't it of been smarter to keep that order, and order from the other sight, that way you are already in the system pipline, and would be doubling your chance for one.
Can't believe people actually keep inquiring about the purchase, if it was me, I'd ship to the ones who trusted and were patient, and put the repeat e-mail offenders at the back of the line, and ship out as late as possible. Just saying, if it was me. Just think of someone having to respond to this entire thread and pm each and every one, daily. Think that could slow down time spent on packaging, hmmm?? Just saying. lol
