These Black colored mods are being offered on a first come first serve basis. As a round one presale purchaser you have been given first choice. You will have 24 hours to respond from the time this email is sent. After 24 hours any Black colored mods that are left unclaimed will be offered to round two purchasers. For your information here is a snapshot of current ETAs for the various other colors:
Blue: these are in route and expected to arrive 5/23 to 5/26
Orange: a very small number is expected early next week, more to come in the following week
Green: these have been delayed for up to several weeks
Red: these are expected to arrive in about one to two weeks

I was able to get a refund from Illvapes yesterday (refund initiated and I'm waiting 5-10 days for the money to go back in my account). I initially reached out to support@illvapes.com and management@illvapes.com to inquire about which batch my order would be in. The response back to my inquiry was from Michael Trieu with the email of cio@illvapes.com. I emailed cio@illvapes.com yesterday inquiring about the status of the order and that I wanted a refund. The response back was from Robert S using the same cio@illvapes.com.
I would suggest reaching out to both management@illvapes.com and cio@illvapes.com to initiate a refund request. Also, they're going to want your order number, so it would likely be helpful if you provide it in your email. I hope this helps anyone who ordered from them.
I'm disappointed I won't be getting the clone anytime soon, but glad I'm able to get a refund at least...
I chose just to get the black instead of waiting on green that I ordered...I'm patient but not that patient. Still I thought it was a class move to offer people that ordered in the 1st round the chance to get a mod even if it is a different color than to be stuck waiting for what could be close to 2 months.
Switched my 101 pre-order blue to a black (sorry muggs) hopefully they'll get it shipped out today.
Has anyone been able to switch their color from Elev8? I'd rather just get a black one and not wait another 2-3+ weeks for them to get the Blue one in. I just spoke with Arlind and he said that if I go with the black one, the wait time will definitely be less. Haven't given him a definitive answer yet but I'm gravitating towards just getting a black one.
