I wouldn't know but it's the first one I noticed; I'm used to seeing the
"xxxx Styled" stuff
and their
"Authentic" stuff
But in this case, they have a Hana Modz STYLED product in the description (not "Authentic"),
and yet the product itself has the "HANA MODZ" Logo.
They speak Chinese and they're a former communist country so I ain't surprised they don't got this Trademark notion clear in the head as distinct from model or product type.
only 6,039 signatures out of 100,000? oh god were doomed... the people will have to come together on this one. truly watch grimms video, as he put it this really does change everything. its gonna affect the vendors and companies which will trickle down and affect us as consumers. i truly think if this was in effect 2 years ago, we wouldn't have hana modz much less a clone, frankly he wouldnt have been able to afford to put out the product with all the hoops they will make you jump through before they ultimately deny you just because they can. its the small businesses thats gonna sink and that in itself is a travesty, how do we stimulate the economy? not by taking handouts by big tobacco while the rest of us who vaping saved our lives suffer.
it truly did save my life, i was going on 15 years and started when i was 14 like every other delinquent. they talk about making it so its not appealing to the youth, but there i was a 14 year old standing in front of a liquor store asking adults to buy me a pack, most of the times they did. now try that at a vape shop, i bet you it wont happen. kids are gonna do what they wanna do, and nothing is gonna stop them from discovering vices unless you take away tv, movies, magazines, the internet or even pop culture all together. no one simply gets into vaping to start vaping (and if they do its with 0 nicotine), they do it out of necessity and self preservation. big tobacco has seen the decline of sales over the years and lined the big wigs pockets with money to tilt the scale in there favor. if we cant get rid of them all together, well make it hard for them to stay is there mindset. the vape community is growing world wide faster then they can contain it so they over step potentially destroying something we all feel a passion for, i can say without a doubt i've never felt this way about smoking cigarettes, tobacco was an addiction while vaping is a hobby or so i see it. in the end were all going to feel the impact of this unless we come together as a community and say no to what is wrong.
Spread that petition on all vaping groups on facebook etc. I'm from the UK so I can't sign it can I?

I can't either. I've actually been entertaining buying a used DNA30 device just to satisfy my craving for a small DNA30 box mod. Need. To. Hold. Off.

I agree i would like a mini too but, my dz 30l is gonna be my all around star of the show and the seven-22 will be second i can see my hana clone replacing my mvp 2.0 as a backup device. And both devices are expected tuesday you want to talk about vape mail heaven.
