Sadly big Pharma, big tobacco, lobbyists, news agencies, and tax hungry politicians will continue to spew the same drivel regarding children drinking 100mg nic in their baby bottles, and how no adult could possibly like a cherry cheesecake flavored e-liquid, and the non-smoker, non-vaper, self righteous ex-smokers will continue to eat it up and refuse to believe 50 years of scientific study on the safety of inhaled pg etc.

That about sums it up perfectly.

My only exception is that it seems Big tobacco isn't as far in the bed with government as others. Many of them have seen the writing on the wall (analog sales are way down, partly due to e-cigarettes) and are actually buying e-cig companies. They too will favor regulation (all big corporations LOVE regulation, despite popular opinion which states that corporations seek a regulation free market, because their size dictates that they will have a big hand in writing them in such a way that favors them and blocks competition from the little guy), but not to the extent that bans will be in order.

Mine is also out for delivery, will have it when I get home from work. I ordered it 2 days ago. I hope they get colors in.

My Silver cana just got delivered from Wet Vapes. It looks great (no scratches, atty fits on flush). I'm now charging batteries (Efest Purple 3100mah 20A) and I'll be off to the races once they're done.

I have the black clone from 101vape and the back cover screw is stripped, and I can't put a battery in there. Any ideas on getting the screw out and opening the cover?

I took a small drill bit to mine and that soft screw head popped right off.

Do the Illvapes units have the actual Hana logo on them, or are they the biggest preorder dealer, or some other reason why Hana is picking on them in particular with the lawsuit and now what appears to be an attempt to settle?

Illvapes was selling an identical unit to the no logo unit that had a Hana logo on them, and for $40 more. There are a couple of other vendors that had them, but none that had the high profile pre-sale that Illvapes had.

The lawsuit is about trademark infringement (using the logo and the name), not patent infringement. The boxes are good so long as they don't have a logo. Hana can't patent an aluminum box with a couple of switches, a window, and a 510 connector.

Just got confirmation from Vapor Tek that they have just received a shipment of Black, Silver, and Green, and that my Green is on the way today!

I had originally wanted Green, but when I went to preorder, Green was out of stock, so I ordered Orange. I called and asked if I could switch it to Green and they said sure, but it may be a while. Since I had a Silver on the way from Wet Vapes it was no big deal for me to wait. But so many people had switched their order to Black because of the availability, the Greens came in today and they had more Green units than were already spoken for, so I get the Green I originally wanted.

The girl on the phone (very helpful and nice to talk with - I'm a stay at home dad to a 7 year old and 3 year old who are both out of school for the summer, so any good conversation with adults is a mental health break) said the Green looks stunning.

I can't wait.

Well, I ordered a orange from 101vapes. Got a letter last week stating I could get a black one immediately or wait for the orange. I decided to wait and this morning got a email from 101 saying they have shipped it. I would think if 101 is getting shipments then elev8vape is probably getting them too.

... I'm still waiting on my orange from 101 when did you pre order me april 14 ?

I've had good luck with a perfect size flat head, corner to corner, pressure, and patience with a stripped head

I'm feeling really anxious to get outa work to play with my silver mod. I had ordered a green unit from 101 on 4-18. I saw the silver units in stock Tuesday at Wet Vapes. I could not resist pouncing on it. IMO it was worth the extra 6 bucks to get this in hand immediately. My green unit is still pending. I don't think I will cancel it at this point. I've got a few buddies that would take it off my hands if I want rid of it.

My Green is on the way from Vapor Tek. The colors are starting to roll out. I'd expect that you'll get yours pretty soon, especially since so many switched their color to Black because of the initial availability.

I'd bet they'll wait until people saturate the market with full size before running out with the minis so that they won't be making a choice between the two, and hopefully buying a full size now and a mini when they finally roll out.

I'd want to know exactly which LiPo battery they're using first before I bought a mini from a Chinese manufacturer. I'd need to know that there is enough battery in the box, and not some underpowered battery they used because they're cheap.
