Whilst looking for info on the Hana clones I happened upon this - more interesting than the Hana in my opinion;

I posted the original clone pre-order notice from ILLVapes over in the SSV pre-order debacle thread. I'm thinking I probably have the lowest pre-order number #155 placed on 4/10 for a black 1:1. I still have not yet cancelled my real full size V3 order yet either, or the pre-order for the second run of the Grand Innovations GI2.

The output isn't the interesting thing - the tube is.

That DNA 20t tube mod looks interesting as well. Like Dirk said the dna20 tubes are pricey these days.
Trying to pull some strings from people I know see what they have to say. Everyone kind of hush hush about the clones so far. But if I can't find out anything b4 it be when I have them in hand
Go where? China is capable of putting out good products, for sure, but to claim that these won't have quality issues because "Asians" take pride in their worksmanship (as opposed to who?) is a bit silly. I expect these will be good, if not great, but skepticism based on country of origin is justifiable.
Quality is my biggest concern as well. How well will the body be built? how well will the dna 30 clone preform. Obviously there not going to be as nice as Hana Modz. I'm really interested in the performance because I don't think it would have been that hard to clone the housing well.

For the price I'm in. Even if it craps out ill order a real DNA 30 board and wire it up and I'll still be $50 cheaper then any other DNA 30 mod available. Just ordered mine in Green.

well, Illvapes updated their info for the no logo unit. Remeber they sell both the logo unit with removable lipo to swap for 18650 and the no logo with no lipo. I ordered the logo one first.That preorder is closed. I also ordered a no logo one yesterday.
Here is the new info on the no logo unit
THIS CHANA MOD DNA 30 CLONE COMES WITH NO LOGO. This is a pre-order and is expected to be shipped to our store on May 5th, 2014. THIS DATE CAN CHANGE DUE TO THE INCREASED DEMAND FOR THE CANA MODZ DNA 30 CLONE. It is made by Cloupor is is 1:1 to the authentic Hana Modz just without the logo.
They are now calling this one a 1:1,where previously they said it wasn't but it was the one other vendors were selling.
This may be old news. It will be interesting when I get both. I think Extol ordered both too.

Nice just as I hoped. Thanks for that info my friend. So the only difference between the $100 and $69 clone is the lipo option. Like the wait wasn't hard enough before knowing this haha.
I was looking at suppliers. They are saying 10k units per week. So I am fairly confident we will get our orders in a reasonable time. As long as the vendors don't sell them in their b&m's. You know like ... Super Stupid Mistake.
