yeah and 2 weeks ago Cloupor said they were cloning the ZNA and ........ found out that wasn't true either. Besides the new GI2 is 150w+ and has a bunch of updates above and beyond the v1. I'm not sure I'd put 150+ watts of low buck Chinese workmanship that close to my face...

DNA30 is a 12 amp limit. Besides cloning a DNA30 (if it really is a clone) that is widely available etc is one thing. According to GI the chip in the GI2 was custom made for them on their own design, is much newer in the marketplace, and certainly is not as readily available. Then you have the huge screen, SD card functions etc and it becomes quite a bit more difficult.

Exactly the "dna" has a 12 amp limit. We dont know if the hana clone has a 12 amp limit. So pick your poison between 30 watts by your face or 100, yes i ordered one also but as a back up and having a real dna now i feel safer knowing what not to do especially since i feel like I know what im doing now. So another way to think of this is the 100 plus watt chip is made in the Phillipines, which makes what kind of electronic devices? And the clone chip will be made by china which makes almost every single electronic device you can touch. So thats all i have to say.

That was up for a few weeks now. It was confirmed that the ZNA clone is not being made until around June to July.

Yeah I remember that being posted just before VJ clarified.
I probably wouldnt pay 120 for a clone either, I love the aesthetic of the ZNA, but at 120 you are knocking on the door of some legit DNA mods.

I would do 120 for a Gi2 though

Toronto, Canada,
Update on the Illvape Logo with Lipo Mod.
Yes, before the manufacturer told us that it would come with a LiPo battery but after quality testing, they decided to go with the 18650 route. If you would like to switch to a no-logo, we'd be happy to refund you $40. However, our manufacturer is only printing a limited amount of hanas with the logo, so once you switch, you will not be able to switch back.

Well, look what happened with the Hana clones. When they were first announced, they were around $110-$120. Now look at the prices.

I really hope you're planning on switching to a no logo. If I were them, I would be trying to throw in a couple vtc5's, and maybe some juice to sweeten the deal and avoid cancelations. They couldn't have paid too much more, if any for the logo'd ones.

Haha, that would be more reasonable. Speaking of batteries, I only have flat button 18650's in my arsenal. Afraid the battery slot may not fit perfectly in the hana clone

Elev8 has said they will accept both button and flat top.
At this point there is ZERO reason not to trust elev8 and what they say.
They've handled this whole ordeal wonderfully, and they didn't have to offer up and free gifts to make a majority of us feel better in the process.
