Yup. Currently at .8 ohms. If i skimp myself out and stay at 19 watts, itll last about 7 hrs. If i dont and stay 25 watts, itll only last me 3 hrs. I do the former when im outside the house.

Jujst a thought you might consider.... 20 watts with a 1.0 ohm coils should be as good as 25 watts with a .8 ohm coil and uses less amperage which should increase battery life over the 25/.8ohm setup....same voltage to the coil at less amperage...

so the real question is do you think there still gonna send out the clones because its obvious they have them in, or do you think their attorney will advise them to just cut ties with the clones all together to avoid any unnecessary wrath from the lawsuit.

I would. Unless they have a very compelling defense (which is very unlikely) AND the loss of clone sales would would be far worse than the cost of a full blown trial (again, also unlikely) it would be in their best interest to avoid court and walk away while they can.

It said "all OTHER products will continue to ship". Thats the shipping thats being held up by the flood of emails and calls

Yeah thats what I kinda thought. But its a bit unprofessional to tell a customer they are too busy to answer questions.

the thing is, the non logo unit is not whats in question here. its a completely separate entity so they should have no problem sending them out still, for the first time this delay is not caused by the manufacturer but by the vendor so they need to do everything they can for their customers, because in the end all we really want is our mods, not to go through a waiting period of a refund. the scary thought is its going to pretty much come down to one persons opinion, and thats their attorney, 1000's of pre orders will hinge on what this person says to illvapes is the right course of action.

i honestly think they should follow through with their commitments since their already coming in and everything is set, they will lose more money and take a huge hit in their customer base if they dont follow through with this pre order of the non logos. no one will ever do business with them again, and if a new customer comes along all they have to do is a little research and they will see this and just walk away.... in a sense, if they dont go through with pre orders illvapes at least as an online vendor will be over.

I wasn't receiving them either so I emailed them and asked them to add my gmail to their list. Got a response back within 5 minutes saying "added!". Awesome customer service.

Well based on who got shipping confirms today I got about 1000 peeps in front of me

Seems even more complicated then that. I am #393 with Elev8 for a Blue one, but people with higher numbers had thier Black ones ship today. So the color you got will play a role as well. Looks like a picked the wrong color if I am super impatient! Luckily I never set my self up for dissapointment, so I am expectingthe clone by June 15th, and am enjoying my Sigelei Zmax V5 and Nemesis while I wait. I hope this is a lesson to all the "vendor stalkers" out there that the pre-sale disclaimer needs to be READ, RE-READ, and UNDERSTOOD!! If you think the vendors are playing x-box while a pile of cana clones are sitting in a pile waiting to be shipped you are crazy. The good ones are working thier butts off to get these shipped.

So funny, I ordered a Fogger 4.0 from Singapore and expected it to be a month or so. I got it in 9 (NINE) DAYS!!! I was amazed!!
 
I asked for an exchanged from $110 version to the No logo unit 2 weeks ago @ Illvapes. I finally got a response back 8-10 days later. They did refund the $40 to my debit card via email notification, and they upgraded my status with choice of color selection, on old illvapes format.

Chargebacks not require, also knew they took the product description off their online shop. Now we know the reason; they are being sued. This thread made it seems more dramatic than it actually are.

I really do hope illvapes will win this case, I don't support Hana or any other DNA mod company that are selling $250-$300 price range, jipping off the Vaping community. Screw them .......s ._____.

Right! always prompt responses. And doesn't give the run around. Hope this launches their business... If any vendor deserves props (do people still say that?) it's them.

I thought the same due to sloow response on my exchange, but when they did took matters in their hand, it seems very professional to me. I was happy they got my case to processed without difficulty despite the very long wait for email response.

Hate to pee in the cheerios BUT

Does not matter.
-The unit was still advertised and sold as a Hana clone.
-It more than likely has the Hana stickers on the window.
-The display still reads Hana.

Even if none of the previous were true, it would not be worth the risk of going to court.

But I am sure the legal community LOVES your type of logic, keeps lawyers in business ;)

Yea that's what i was told. Ill try that out when i find the time. Thx!
