Illvapes just needs to hand over their mods to Elev8 so they can do the right thing and satisfy some customers.. Elev8 is doing a better job at that anyways.
serious with the(our U.S.) government we have not following any of them.especially our fearless LOSER in chief!
What is the highest elev8 number has anyone seen shipped?
Well piss on it!
I'm guessing orange will be last. Figures!
I really do hope illvapes will win this case, I don't support Hana or any other DNA mod company that are selling $250-$300 price range, jipping off the Vaping community. Screw them .......s ._____.
Jujst a thought you might consider.... 20 watts with a 1.0 ohm coils should be as good as 25 watts with a .8 ohm coil and uses less amperage which should increase battery life over the 25/.8ohm setup....same voltage to the coil at less amperage...
Anyone notice this on the lawsuit?
Defendant: Illvapes, LLC
Does 1-10
What is Does 1-10? Is that like John Doe? Meaning 10 others not named?
I just want my Cana now so I can vape and enjoy the drama!!
I have a Nemesis clone I bought from a US vendor. it has the logos on it same as the original.
How can mech mods be sold as clones with no problem but the Hana Modz can't?

Any idea why they filed in California? I may be mistaken, but I thought Hana was in Illinois.
I'd think that the "Does" are all people somehow linked with Illvapes. Investors, owners, etc. If Hana were suing other shops selling this, they would be listed, or it would be something to the effect of "Defendant: Illvapes, LLC, et al" rather than leaving every other defendant listed as Does.
I could be wrong.
Because Illvapes is in CA, and you can't attach "Does" to a federal lawsuit.
"does 1-10" stands for the other vendors/companies that can still be added to the lawsuit, as of right now its only illvapes but 10 other companies can still be added
thats crazy if you think about it, because that means the owner from illvapes flew or drove all the way down to california just to sue a mom and pop shop... what a joke
And I don't appreciate Pm's telling me to not talk about something on the forum. While we are discussing law, maybe a definition of free speech would help someone here. Can someone tell me how to report an improper pm to the moderators?
All this drama from a $70 ecig mod. People really need to chill.
Nearly positive this is incorrect, the 'does' are likely there as placeholders for the names of owners of Illvapes, as has already been discussed.
I think you meant Hana, rather than illvapes. Their attorney is probably licensed in California. Doubt if Hana actually had to appear to file the suit.
