Now that these are arriving and shipping, I'm becoming more stoked by the minute. I ordered a green one from 101, so I really expect to be seeing it in the next week or week and a half, since its my understanding that the green is the least popular color. My two ProVaris, my M16 mech, and my Origin mech all need a play buddy. I've got a couple of drippers I'm dying to check out at different power levels. I've got a brand new Stillar waiting on the cana. I've got a forge rda built at .6, a igo-l built at .8, and several others built between 1.2 and 1.8 - for my Varis. Def looking forward to playing.
I think I saw someone post in the 300's but keep in mind they probably skipped over orders thay contain colors not in stock. So im sure some people in the 100s havent even gotten theirs shipped yet.

Besides the fact only one vendor I know is using sequential numbers for their orders, most others like 101 vape don't however they do tell you what group you are in 1, 2, 3 etc.

I wanted Green, but was too late on the first round of pre-orders at Vaportek. All they had were Orange and Black. I didn't want black, and orange would have been my second pick, but I get the feeling that Orange will be last (of course this feeling is based on nothing substantive).
Illvapes is not going to win this case, they are screwed with regard to this claim. That price range is not unreasonable at all. Supporting IP theft over innovation? SMDH.

I'd think that the "Does" are all people somehow linked with Illvapes. Investors, owners, etc. If Hana were suing other shops selling this, they would be listed, or it would be something to the effect of "Defendant: Illvapes, LLC, et al" rather than leaving every other defendant listed as Does.

Clopour told me 5 day two days ago for green and orange to start shipping. Said the color was hard to make right not sure if they just hadn't flashed those yet or what. That is the info I got from my liaison in China that handles transactions for me. So that said they were also the least popular of the colors ordered. I think that they should be here within the next 5 days including ship time etc.
The Nemesis isn't made by a US company and probably doesn't have any standing here.

Nearly positive this is incorrect, the 'does' are likely there as placeholders for the names of owners of Illvapes, as has already been discussed.
I think you meant Hana, rather than illvapes. Their attorney is probably licensed in California. Doubt if Hana actually had to appear to file the suit.
