Has it occurred to anybody yet that it's not just Hana's trademark that they can use to sue vendors.
It's their brand name, their company name, their images and anything else the a vendor used to sell or make a comparison reference to an illegal counterfeit....especially the "1:1 clone" reference. There's no such thing as a 1:1 clone...that a direct reference to an illegal replica!
I've only seen a couple of actual "counterfeit" box images being shown on the net and the primary one is from Cloupor. The rest are photo-shopped images of the real Hana modz!
Any reference...whatsoever....using "Hana Mod/Hana Mods/Hana Anything" in their advertising is a trademark infringement.
Now just imagine what Evolv is gonna do, cuz I guarantee that every single one of these vendors....logo or no-logo has been advertising and selling them as a "DNA20 or DNA30" device....when in fact they're NOT!
And when Evolv has had their fun....then the really scary

is gonna hit the fan when the Federal Trade Commission steps in and starts ARRESTING people for selling counterfeit merchandise and seizing everyone's devices!!
Did you know that it's illegal to sell counterfeit products?
Now wrap that around your head and think about what could happen to YOU...the person that bought the counterfeit merchandise!
