Do the Illvapes units have the actual Hana logo on them, or are they the biggest preorder dealer, or some other reason why Hana is picking on them in particular with the lawsuit and now what appears to be an attempt to settle?

Most I know of the preorder comes from this thread. I started reading at the beginning because I ordered that first morning, Round 1 at 101Vape.

If you go back to the beginning and start reading, you'll see that Illvapes was the only site who advertised selling true 1:1 Hana clones with the H logo. They were more expensive than the no logo ones. But Illvapes were taking orders for both. Many I believe thought there was something fishy about Illvapes. As I recall, there was some speculation that Illvapes got burned by ordering the H logo ones at a higher price so they made a big deal about them being the only 1:1 clone while the no logo, less expensive ones were somehow not as good.

Anyway, all the Illvapes stuff was strange. And I'm sure it wasn't surprising to anyone involved in this thread from the beginning that if Hana was going to jump on anyone, it would be Illvapes. They seemed to be the only ones advertising clones with the H logo.

I figured they probably had the logo and thats why. It sounds like Illvape's arrogance might have contributed to the retribution as well. Of course, Alibaba merchants are still advertising the logo models as well as the non-logo, but I'm sure there is nothing Hana can do about that- until they get marketed here in the U.S.

On mine you have to push the button twice to fire from sleep.

Or you can push and hold the button for a second or two and it will start firing.

Another revision to a previous statement - After five days of use, yesterday I pushed and held the button to fire from sleep mode. It didn't work, had to the push the button again. It happened three times!!!!!!! This to shall pass. LOL

Yes. I have been noticing that too. Maybe a "deep sleep" feature? I just haven't rested it long enough to tell.

GO with flat. It's really tight. I haven't tried a button top. The flats are plenty snug.

As I understand it, Illvapes was trying to sell a clone with the Hana logo. That's why Hana (who owns that logo) is picking on them.

"Picking on them" as in why did Hana pick THEM (Illvapes) instead of one of the dozens of other presell dealers to sue?
What are you trying to read into that? It's not a moral, political, or ethical statement on clones. I'm not (personally) interested in seeing this thread veer into that conversation. There are plenty of other threads for that.
