My cars got a whole 105hp, but I do get 45mpg

Mine only has a little more than that, but would be more than happy to invite any of the straight line heroes to follow me into a canyon..
anyways I stopped posting on car and bike forums years AGO for a reason.

stay on target!

My red unit from 101 (ordered Friday) is out for delivery, and yes my neighborhood postal worker is young and cute :)
My orange unit from elev8 (ordered May) is still far behind.... I may very well cancel it if the 101 unit makes me happy.
In all fairness to elev8, they are definitely hand testing each unit, and possibly replacing the door screws; they deserve credit for that.

and they are a new company! i ordered a silver one from them, #4418. i'll wait. i got a blue one from 101Vape and it is beautiful! for me, they are just step ups from MVP2s, so i really like them. i just wanted to be able to dial in the wattage a little bit better. who knows, when the dust clears, i may order one from illvapes. i feel sorry for them.

Wetvapes still has black in stock, but you have to call them to order. I didn't ask about other colors. $85.98 including shipping. She said it would go out in tomorrow's shipments so I should have it in a few days. I thought I could hang with the Elev8 crowd, but I guess I'm too impatient.

It was a really good article. I told someone I quit smoking 9 months ago and the guy laughed and said "what do you call that then?"... I usually just laugh and shrug it off.

lot17, after a few years at this "vape thing", I do believe I've prolly heard them all. My favorite was the guy who said, "OMG, you're smoking your garage door opener??"!

And I said, "Yep." ;)

I get 15mpg spirited driving lol! anyway, so far I'm liking this box mod it's my first one. Felt weird holding it but gotten used to it. Pita to get the battery out and when it came out it kinda stretched the bottom wrap of my battery. So I pinched the battery connectors a tad bit and it helped taking the battery out. I might just leave a batt inside and use the usb charger but I like using my nitecore to charge my batteries.

No you usually only get the amount you order.

I got two sets of wraps.. paid for 1 also. Applied mine pretty decent, doesn't look perfect. Not feeling the shine it brings and looks more like I wrapped it with clear packing tape. Just glad I can protect it from scratches. Ordered the clear carbon one today for a better appearance.

Warning to all. I've figured out, in part, what has happened with my dead silver cana from WV. So I dug out a boat load of hot glue from around the 510. I used my multi meter a few days ago and determined the center pin of the 510 connector was shorting to the 510 giving my a closed circuit, causing the check atomizer reading. Anyway got the glue out and found that the center pin is mobile and quite easily pushed down to far grounding to the 510. The center pin isn't tight at all and the only thing really holding it was a dab of hot glue. I pushed the center pin back up and reconnected the ground, which was in the way, and voila. My mod was working again. Now I have another glitch. Once everything is put together, it fires continuously. I figure there's a short somewhere at the fire button. I guess I'll dig into the firing buttons tomorrow. I'm hoping its some sort of short in the soldering on the fire button. Everything else works normally. I have 3 new 510 connectors on the way, I may need to get some replacement buttons coming, I'll decide that after I get all that hot glue dug out from around the firing button. Anyway guys please be careful about tightening your attys. I'm easy on my stuff, so these 510s are really weak. I did loan this mod to my buddy same day it died. He could have possibly been the culprit. I've seen lot of peeps really tighten their attys.

Can anyone give an estimate on battery life at about 1 to 1.5ohms in mls. of juice used.Hours and days are useless measurements. Thanks in advance for any info.

If the DNA30 chip is running at 94% efficiency per the DNA30 datasheet, at 30 watts, your typical 2600 mAh VTC5 lasts for only 18 minutes (t
hat's the total time you can fire your mod), giving you 217 5-second puffs. Sorry, I don't know how many mLs of juice that would equate to. As for the clouper chip, it's probably in the ballpark since it's supposed to be a clone. Most APVs are 80–95% efficient. Even at 80% efficiency and 30 watts, you'd still be getting 15 minutes of vape time.

Check out this calculator for battery drain.
