Saw this AFTER my last post. Makes sense now. THANKS!!!

So what is a GREAT build for dripper/kayfun/dual coil tank (fogger) to use on this clone?

The "perfect vape" is dependent on YOUR tastes. Not a chart. I agree with Completely, wicking is important. Right now with my juice, in my temperature, I'm running 1.4ohm micro coil (28gauge single coil) with cotton in a kayfun @12w on the Cana and it's a very nice vape. I run a 0.8ohm dual coil gaia w cotton at 20-22w and is pretty good. What are you wicking with? If you can tighten your draw a bit, creates more vacuum sucking more juice to your coil.

I've never used a fogger so I don't know what's best for it.

As far as the Kayfun goes, for people just learning I highly recommend a Chimney Coil build. It's MUCH easier to get the wicking right on a chimney coil if you're running high watts. You wrap the cotton around the outside of the coil rather than running it through the middle, so it's nearly impossible to overwick it. If you get too much wick it just soaks the coil in juice in which case you can simply turn the power up and get even more vapor.

I've taken that concept a step further by doing a twisted wire chimney coil. It has a HUGE amount of surface area, so, assuming I get get the right wattage for it I should be able to compete with subohm coil builds with a 1.4ohm coil.

So what wattage range do you think will give you the best vapor/flavor? Please post where you end up....

Genuine Apple A/C adapters exceed USB specifications, in fact they double it. Apple USB chargers are capable of charging at 1mA, or 1,000 mAh per hour, twice the rate of normal USB chargers.

Which can be good or bad. Don't plug an eGo battery into one, it can result in catastrophic failure.

So do all the other cheapo wall chargers I have, rated at 1mA. A usb 2.0 outputs 500mah while a 3.0 is capable of 900mah.
I also have some of the a/c adapters from my iPhones. And like I said, they're just prettier.

You're really nit-picking though,

The measured voltage drop of my Nemesis is 0.1v. You're still looking at 28+ watts with a 0.6ohm coil. And there would be less voltage drop if I had a copper Nemesis rather than SS.

Like I said it depends heavily on the device and battery.

Alright some of these complaints are just, just, wow...
Too much glue over everything, yeah that isn't good. No dust cover for your micro usb? Those were copy and paste specs from a company that obviously has a difficult time with the English translation. Check pbusardo's review on the cloutank, the translation is horrible! There's some things people have legitimate reasons to moan about but a dust cover?! I'm not singling anyone out as its been mentioned more than once.
All that said, about a month with mine, besides the random 2 presses from sleep and display randomly turning on, no real issues for me..
Btw, I've seen people suggest that the apple a/c adapter is of higher quality, Idk why this would be the case. It's cheap product marked up because it's pretty...
they had plenty of time to fix the item description. if the vendor is cutting and pasting from cloupor, isn't cloupor's fault per se.
"flush with outside of box..." is pretty specific and they had WAY more than enough time to fix that on the vendor's site especially after the first several shipments arrived sans.
my opinions are exactly that. I believe I even mentioned that they were observations. apparently it is OK for some people to say something is going to be in the box and not putting it in.

I am 100% happy with the items I received

I mentioned the apple product to indicate specifically which item I was using, and I do believe that they function better, at least on my phone. I do not own an original made in USA HANA, nor do I have several clones arriving from various vendors.
it was simply added in to avoid questions like:
was it plugged in to a laptop?
was it a car charger?
USB2 or 3?

I've read the entire thread and I have seen those questions come up. within the thread there is information pertaining to the "clones" but mainly it's about who's smarter and who's a better vaper!!!!!!

I'm expecting it to work best in the 20-25 watt range.

At 12 watts it never turns red. At 15 watts it takes about 1-2 second before it heats enough to start producing vapor. I haven't been able to push it higher than 15 watts yet so I've had that build on the back-burner for a while, but the theory behind it is good. Twisted wire has more surface area, and using a chimney coil allows me to feed it a LOT of juice. I just need to get it hot enough to operate properly. It's definitely a build that is specifically designed for these types of mods and wouldn't work on a normal VV/VW mod or a mech.

LOVE IT!! Will try!! Can you show pics of it with the cotton?

I have a 20g twisted regular micro in my kayfun and LOVE the twisted. I will try the chimney next.

Cotton. My kayfun at 1.3ohm is awesome!! Just having issues with the fogger. And tried the new 1.0 ohm coils for the Aerotank Mega...started off with some borderline burnt hits. Not too bad, but that "scratchy throat" feeling was creeping out. Jury still out on the new Kanger "Subohm" coils.

My comments weren't specific to you as you're not the first to state these things. You're entitled to express yourself, as we all are, I meant no disrespect to anyone.
That said I vape way better than everyone! :p j/k

Try shortening the wick if you can? I don't have a fogger....

Here's Rip Trippers Chimney Coil Build

I've done it once but I didn't get the wick right, I ended up with juice flooding my air hole and spitting hot juice... I've heard since that tight wrapping the wick is good, so maybe it was too loose...?

Not mine but with cotton

RIP CANA clone #1653 silver. 06-11-14 to 06-20-14. Kept doing the locking up thing last night again, took the battery out for awhile, put it back in, saw a bright flash under the red cover, heard the atty crackle and then smelled burnt pcb. Totally dead.

Decided ok, I'll "just" get a DNA 30. I've rewired motorcycles from the frame up, fixed a laptop or two and thought easy-peezy. Wrong. Once I pried the red cover off in about 6 pieces I was looking at a mass of epoxy that covered everything except a small portion of the board. Buttons, plexiglass, only about 1/2" of good wire coming off the batter box before dissapearing into masses of solid epoxy. Wasn't the Fogger, had the pin screwed out at least 1/16".

The ONLY thing salvegable is the box itself and the 510 but that's crap anyway so now I have a box that would cost about $75 bucks or more to bring back to life. Vape Shark, here I come.
