Chief the problem I have is, once I got used to the taste of all my juices on my Kayfun builds I can not enjoy ANY stock coils....I though the Aspire Nautilus tasted great and now I cant enjoy it, the taste is 50% less than what I get off the Kayfuns.......but sub factory coils do sound tempting....LOL
Hey Var......sorry to hear that, don't give up on trying to build one the box is nice and solid. I have the VS DNA 30 and it hits like a little monster...But...the battery life sucks, other than that it is a heck of a device a little small and feminine but great to vape.....Good look man

I'm trying to resist the urge to go yell at our receptionist and tell her to go downstairs and get the ________ mail already. I'm sure my mod has been in the building for hours but our lazy receptionist refuses to go get it until she goes downstairs for her afternoon break.
Question for us that don't have this updated 510 pin? Is this something to worry about. I'm not really understanding all of this. Sry if I sound stupid but I don't have all day to read back -- thnx guys

Elev8 order number 2190 silver was delivered to Switzerland this morning. Kudos to USPS and Swiss Post for the quick delivery. Although it was shipped on June15, I am pretty sure it is the old 510. First impressions were it is smaller than I had imagined, case looks good, but is not perfect, swirl marks all over, darker line on the battery cover. 510 is straight. Overall a darn good looking mod. Vaping a Russian clone at 1.7 ohms, my first hit at 15 watts was very good. Jacked it up to 22 watts and it came alive. WOW, I am in love! I hope it lasts, but by my calculation if it lasts a week it will be cheaper than cigarettes. Seems like there are a lot of negative comments on this thread the last few days, but so far so good. If it lasts 3 months I would definitely order another.

Just make sure the center pin of your atty sticks out a little past the threads. If it does not protrude the wide pin on the mod has a tendency to short as the the threaded portion and the center pin both touch causing a short.

I can confirm that at 19.5 watts that twisted wire chimney coil kicks out a TON of vapor. Doing mouth to lung hits I almost coughed from the first puff. HUGE clouds and tastes WONDERFUL.
If you catch it at the right light you can see some machining marks on the back, but other than that it looks great and the blue is almost a perfect match with my car, which was a high priority for me.

Hey Bic, enjoy it, not all of them are bad it is a minority %, unfortunately you only get the negative comments here, only the gloom and doom but none of the good...........I have4 and so far they work great...yes it takes 2 clicks to wake up and every once in a while the screen turns on by itself....but outside of that MINE work great!!!
So far I've had no problems on any of my rda's or tanks. I don't think I have to worry about anything?

Time to post some positives.
I have 2, one is almost a month old, the other two weeks. Different vendors, both work great. No issues except for the occasional 2x click, I can live with that. Very enjoyable, nice mods.

People don't post Negatives - they post Issues there having! The world is not made of just Butterfly s and candy. Its why better units are being made to day over the ones that vendors got as samples!

I sold my Cloupor but I love my FT Clones - it has no swirl marks or issues. I do need to click it twice just like the Cloupor to come out of sleep and then fire but My FT version does work better and has less cosmetic issues over the Cloupor. Both versions are working and I like them both but I don't care for people here getting all twisted in a bun cause some one said anything other then "Sweet candy and loving Butterfly's in this oh so perfect world" lol
I smoked for 37 years and never played around on forums and then I quit and started Vaping and found a lot of good friends on forums while I learned about this great new habit but gosh if we were old enough to smoke / vape why do so many act 13 years old?
Done: Now post about your GOOD BAD and UGLY!!!

For those who don't like the technical nitpicking I commend you. For those that like to dig in and see some of the downfalls of these I commend you as well. I personally am on the nitpicky side of these or any mod for that matter. It is part of the hobby aspect of vaping.
When I bought my nexus 5 for example. The device is great right out of the box. But I still rooted it and fixed issues I didn't like. There will never be a product in the world that is 100 percent satisfactory. But this is why mods improve over time. By people voicing nuances and things they wish would be improved. It's not complaining.
Overall. I am satisfied with my mod. It has the quirks but generally works as it should. Would I be happier with more accuracy in these? Of course! For the money these are spectacular!

Just got green anf black updated units. Today. Will post a short video showing comparisons tomorrow. The 510 pin definitely has a smaller diameter now. That is all I can say at the moment until im done with work.
