a quick nod to 101Vape. i have 6 of these clones. my first, the blue, i ordered from 101Vape on June 9. i got it a few days later. lately, it has been taking 5 or 6 clicks to get it to wake up. i was gonna replace it and give it away. i emailed 101Vape first, and they said to send it back for replacement. it was a round 1. me likes that!

That's good to hear, because I think the ahaH only had a 30 day warranty. I have one from round 2.

is that real or a clone if so witch one

Its the Grey lipo mini on FT. Surprisingly good. Has the port hole so you can see the charging led...and it does turn green. also the 510 connector is adjustable, a big plus. there are only three minor issues I have noticed. It is consistently off by .2 ohms, the back plate screws aren't countersunk, and in stealth mode... after the unit goes in sleep mode, the "stealth mode" will come on for about one second when you fire it... The internal hologram stickers say hotcig.
But really, besides those minor things it's an impressive little mod.

Positive connector is a slotted screw now.

Here is a bit of an update for all Cloupor clone owners:

Received a correspondence back from Cloupor this morning and it said they have a 90 day warranty. Vendor's warranties are all over the map as stated as an issue previously. Seems to me that the vendors not offering the 90 day warranty could easily correct this issue and provide a level of customer service equal to what Cloupor's warranty is.

I was going to just replace the guts in my defective unit by hey I'm just gonna get the vendor to honor Cloupor's warranty. When they get my unit back they have only to get it replaced by Cloupor.

Without reading through 7800 posts :D I want to ask a simple question to make sure I am correct. I am ordering a clone from Slowtech, one option has the single 18650 battery, or dual 600mAh Li-Po. I plan to change the battery out as soon as I get it, so I want the single 18650 version right?

Or is the mini with duals good enough as is?

My only concern is for the quality of battery....

What wrap fits the Kangside DNA 30 Kana clone? I've looked at the J-Wraps and VaporSkins sites. VaporSkins specifically states that theirs will not any of the Kana clones, so that rules them out. J-Wraps lists a V1 and V2 for the Kana clone mods. Which version is equivalent to the KSD clone?
+1 on this as well. Granted, this finish on mine is holding up like a champ, but I want the option of wrapping for when the day comes that I scratch this thing up.

I don't have the mini from ft but I odd have the 18650 model, it think the lipo versions are the minis,
and heard they have dual 800 mah batts. So 1600 mah compared to an 18650 batt that can go up to
I believe 3100 mah is a no brainier IMO.

The 18650 model is shipping with an Efest 30 or 35 amp 2500mah battery so that will not need to be replaced for a while.
An 18650 device give you a lot more choices of quality batteries over the Li-Po

After reading reviews, I went ahead and got the mini with dual lipos, simply for the size. At $56, I might just go ahead and order the other one too! :D

I heard very very good things about the LiPo versions as well , everything i read is they are misrepresented , they are considerably more powerful than stated , check out FT forums on this.

Same here, m8, but I've only had it since last Saturday. You just know it's going to happen, just don't know when. It's like getting the first ding on a brand new car... it's all downhill from there :(

I too have seen rather consistent positive reviews of the mini offered by FastTech. Even rather good battery life compared to what 1600mah gets you with a lithium ion battery. Really does seem that the LiPO chemistry has its benefits. Now if only they offered it without logo.

Besides the obvious "says it is what it isn't", why does everyone prefer non-logo versions? I am going to wrap it anyway. lol
