Thing that amuses me is, there are probably more of his loyal, anonymous, not posting, non-member customers reading all this drivel than he assumes.
customers are not limited to those that post , we're probably out-numbered 50 to 1 against the customers who just lurk and research. This Breakdown of his is spread over all the big forums and lots of the little ones.
My assumption is that he is alienating his loyal customers more than he realises.
A bit old for a mid-life crisis.. sad really that the economic climate can effect even our little corner of the business world with such human tragedy....the more he waffles on and seems to lose the plot, the more concern for the poor guy I feel.

Is there really no reasoning with you concerning your (whatever) attack towards UKV forum?
It is not affiliated to any particular vendor, company, or organisation.
It just seeks to be a place for vapers, and all things to do with e-cigs.
It really is a service to the community; and your community and customers as well...
Sincerely I don't want to get into an argument over it, but hope you will see that it makes sense...
Are all the "..........." edits retractions? The funny thing about all of this is, if an apology to potential customers was offered, was genuine and heartfelt then that would probably make an enormous difference in the longer term, I can only speak for myself, but any man capable of doing that would earn my respect. Is this a possibility 'dya think Mr Cropper? It would be a very smart move for a businessman to make under the circumstances. I urge you to take the high ground for a change, show some humility, be the humble man for once, you'll be amazed at the result I'm sure.

Plus if your spewing vile on there, it keeps you off the forums....allowing decent folk to enjoy each others' company and chat without interference and intimidation.
I'm sure you solicitor would ask you to stop posting defamatory content of your own if your intent on libel action on the same subject yourself.

This is a real shame. I bought my first kit from Jason back when he was an eBay vendor. TW has always been one of the vendors I suggest to friends who want to buy their first device. This is based on how he was then. He was helpful, a pleasure to deal with and those early liquid safety tests gave the impression that he cared about his customers. What happened to that guy? Any chance of getting him to come back?
About the same chance as Captain Willard had of bringing Col. Kurtz back into the fold
I find it interesting that he is so concerned about what other people are saying about him and his company and threatening to raise suit over people dragging his name through the mud...yet based on recent posts as well as other posts I have seen by Jason...hes just proving that the speculation surrounding him is in fact not far off base.

Until this weekend I had a lot of respect for him, he's an excellent businessman who runs the most successful UK e cig business, keeps 60+ people employed, is doing as much as he can to support UK jobs, etc etc, sure his prices are more than the little man running a web shop from his spare room, but proper businesses have overheads and need to earn profit in order to expand, but this threat of litigation against UK vapers is outrageous, and getting our forum closed to satisfy his ego is unforgivable, Jason be the big man and drop this, you'll regain some of the respect you have lost
Please don't post insults as they only create work for the staff in removing them.

Popping in after a long absence to say that I'm sad about these developments. My money won't go towards paying for litigation against a public forum.
