I wanted to keep my mouth shut but I just can't.

Sebastian-
your lack of professionalism in your post regarding the negative response to your product, is that of a high school freshman. I know many owners on this board who deal with negativity all the time. Not everyone is going to like your product, the pricing is not the price everyone is going to want to pay. You will build a fan base for your product over time. But I must admit, as a PV enthusiast I am horrified at your response. I don't know if I will want to try your product based on the customer service you are showing here. A business owner who is proud of their product should act in a professional manner. Instead of rebutting the review with actual product information you acted like a child, with no explanation of even what you think of your product. You are not the first person to create a non generic brand name personal vaporizer. Please do not act like you have the best product. Every product is different and there is nothing special about yours. I am not trying to berate you, but as one company owner to another, I feel you are already hurting your reputation. Every one who uses personal vaporizers eventually reads this board. If you are interested in selling your product to people on this board, I will all tell you that customer service is a close second to the actual product itself.

I appreciate your reply. It is inspiring any time an owner shares a product with us that have changed their lives. I understand rude emails are upsetting. The only advise I have is don't under estimate the board. I and many people here who love a product post many good reviews here. A lot of owners have a great relationships with their customers on this board. Stay a member and support us and we will support you. A perfect example of this is Trogg. He is a great seller and has a wonderful relationship with consumers. I think this board has more positive information than negative. I welcome you to the boards, please be apart of our society.

Dobiediva,
I was not vague with you whatsoever. Our model is proprietary...it looks similar to a DSE103 but it is NOT.

Try putting a DSE103 cartridge on our model, it doesn't fit. WE INVENTED/TWEAKED our atomizer - it is ours and ONLY ours AS IS OUR PROPRIETARY CARTRIDGE FORMULA (the marriage of these components is our invention, is it not?). You know NOT what you speak of, and it is sort of aggrivating that you are twisting my words. I never said a technicality was the issue of why I didn't give you the FDA registration number. I believe I said that we are in the process of re-writing our operating agreement...and if I DID NOT say that, well I am saying it now.

Sorry if you took my comments to be rude. I was merely stating what channel 5 had said on their news promo "And the inventor is from right here in Northeast Ohio". They had to have received that information from somewhere! You may have made your own design but you are not the inventor of the technology. There are many others out there that have "tweaked" their product as well. They still don't hold the patent. If you have a patent then I apologize publicly and humbly. When I asked you for information you were very vague in your responses. I am not a competitor, simply a possible customer. I wasn't asking for ingredients. Just for proof you actually HAVE done testing and for evidence of FDA registration like you claim on your website. I think both are VALID requests considering the claims you and others like you are making. How are we supposed to be able to distinguish between the BS knock off companies and companies that are trying to sell a better product if nobody gives any answers?

We ARE engaged in clinical pulmonary testing (Qualitative, Quantitative, and Objective) through Dr Paul Thomas in Cleveland, and are doing these tests at Cleveland Metro Health. So if you think I was being vague on that one, there's your answer to THAT.

You never answered me on that one. I said that. can't be vague if there isn't an answer. Thank you very much for clarifying.

Furthermore, to say that our cartridge tastes like baby powder is ridiculously funny. I am not going to address the undeniable higher quality of my product formula than those that come from overseas. You probably work for Inlife...a MULTI LEVEL MARKETING product.

I am not the one who tried your product (and I said that in my post). I asked a friend of mine who HAS tried it, as well as many of the others out there (njoy and inLife are two others. He happens to like the inLife one.) I said that. I didn't personally slam you so I have no idea why you took such offense. Different strokes for different folks. NOt everybody likes the same brands. Everybody is entitled to their opinion. Somebody had asked if anybody had ever heard of your product and tried it. I offered up the answer from somebody who DID try it. If someone doesn't like your product so be it! There are others who will. Saying I was being rude for merely stating an opinion of someone who HAS tried your product is ridiculous.

I invite ANYONE on the forum to call or email me if you have questions or concerns about my product. When Dobiediva berated me, he was quite obnoxious, accusing, and rude and I don't tolerate rudeness. However, I welcome any polite inquiries. Have a smoke free weekend everyone.

Again, not sure why you took my comments as berating you. I am sorry you took it that way. That was certainly NOT my intention. I wish you nothing but luck in your endeavors. This is a great product. If you can improve it and come out on top I wish you luck! Might want to stop taking things so personally tho'. This is the internet. Things get lost in translation and taken the wrong way. Personally I think YOU attacked ME more than I attacked you. But I won't hold it against you. ;)

Fair enough.... I think it was the first email that set the tone, so I apologize. The patent for the new technology will be on point as to the "invention" definition. I agree that portions of the news story were misleading, they chopped up the quotes to fit into the format of the piece, which really made it sound like I was promoting a smoking cessation product. Every sentence I said began with We don't market this as a tobacco cessation device, but as a potential healthier smoking alternative....

I still get a kick out of the baby powder comment tho.

On or about April 20th I should be able to publish our FDA registration number. I am going to be in Mexico starting distribution, so I will get to that for you then.

Thanks,
Seb

I got a kick out of the guy on the news who said he would rather smoke his cigarettes than puff on a "plastic tube". I personally would rather not get cancer but more power to him. :) The media is a funny thing ;) And why on earth would they take it to a cessation doctor when you SAY it's not a cessation device. Of course he wouldn't recommend it to his patients! That would be like saying "Here smoke some cigarettes so you can quit smoking."

That just proves you just can't believe everything you hear or read/hear! which is why I sent you questions about your product. All cleared up now. thank you!

I have tried liberty stix, I bought a different model shortly after...I will leave it at that, it is a DSE103-c....it has same cart size as similar models (very small, and definetely not that many puffs, just like every other small cig company) and they come half dry anyways. The juice is amazing though, wish I could buy it in a bottle (but i'm not a well-oiled, programmed machine...and I will mess it all up LOL). I have switched to penstyle. No offense, but the little ones just don't work for me I guess. IMO.

Sebastian does stand behind the product though and he's very sweet. I'm just saying that I went for a penstyle. If he had a penstyle, I would buy it from him (Just because he's so nice and he is well-pricedfor the units themselves).
