ATTENTION: NEWBEES or FIRST TIME PURCHASERS FROM "X"SUPPLIER

I have been seeing a few posts pop up from time to time with complaints about "X" supplier "cheating" them or not "living up to customer's expectations"
"X" supplier didn't do this
"X" supplier didn't do that
I didn't receive this,
I didn't get a response 5seconds after I emailed a complaint
BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH

word of advise: though there are some suppliers that deserve receiving complaints>>>> but the posts I am talking about isn't the case

QUIT WHINING

1. suppliers can't control USPS
2. alot of suppliers are really small businesses that are receiving High quantity orders
3. MOST if NOT ALL sponsoring suppliers are viewed highly

GIVE IT TIME for your issue to be resolved... before posting it in stone on the forum

IF it is resolved.... maybe post the problem and that they fixed it for you

YOU may regret premature complaining because that thread is still marked even if you are satisfied later

If you are just trying to stir up the hornets nest its a waste... you are only making a fool of yourself especially since most of the suppliers here have a reputation already so the truth is already out there about them.

if you have concerns that is understandable... but out right bashing a business with out letting the resolution take its course is UNFAIR, IGNORANT, and OUTRIGHT DOUCHEASSNUTZSAKEDISH

Not at all. I see this all the time on Ebay. They try to make their feedback system fair but there are some people who are too impatient.

I'd add....

IF you're buying your first ecig from China, don't use the cheaper "Airmail" option for shipping, unless you're willing to wait at least 2 weeks to 2 months. Use EMS and even then it may be 10 days.

...except in some countries like germany, ems is not an option here, and is only 2-3 days faster.

you will only get problems with the german GDSK courier service. google up gdsk and you will learn, better per google than the hard way.

the airmail problem seems to only hitting the usa, i never heard complaints from other countries. so why spend additional shipping if it doesn't matter ?

airmail for us = no
EMS for germany = no

don't now much about other countries, but it seems swiss and austria are fine with both.

Someone who is going to bash a specific supplier owes it to all here at ECF to use the search function and do past performance research on thier target.
If the supplier has a history of such behavior, then "bumping" the thread with a fresh posting would be more informative than adding to the blizzard of gripes that dilute the message about repeated behaviors.
And the complainant might just discover that thier situation is less of an issue than they would lead themselves to believe in the "heat of the moment"
