My Tobeco came with a brass spring so I thought the one on my right (looking at it) was the clone.

Now we know which is which, but why did you post your first set of pictures of your kayfun with the silver spring?

Sorry for confusion. The first picture shows K4 out of the box, spring inside was silver. Second photo shows additionally provided in store, and it is gold.

That's interesting. I only have the one, but its either brass or has some kind of gold colored plating.
The extra springs that came with mine and the ones in my spare kits are all silver springs.
How long ago did you buy yours? Maybe newer ones come golden?
Never heard of Intaste? Someone needs to get out more. Intaste, probably the best of the best.
Thinking...I wasn't one of the first as I wanted to see how good or bad the clones were. But, I've definitely had it several weeks now. Short of looking through my ebay profile, I'm going to guess beginning to middle of February.
Both springs are definitely gold colored. I checked again to make sure I wasn't nuts, lol!
