It gives a decent throat hit with the manual battery. I use manuals and aside from battery life, I can't fault them. If you vape a lot, they only last 2-3 hours use, less if you chainvape. Automtics have a cut off point so it will stop giving you a draw which people hate. Also they aren't sealed, so if you drip onto the atty it can potentially seep into the battery and then its dead!

Maaanual :)

so is the 510 the way to go, my revolver elite was awesome untill i had to recharge it, now it will not charge :(

You sound torn on your decision dude! If you don't want to make the leap to something bigger, the 510 is probably what you are looking for. Have you seen any vids on it?

510 is a standard, a work horse, and popular. My PV uses some 510 parts. I started with a standard 510, manual, and was only really disappointed with the shortness of charge time once I figured out how to vape.

So, yes, most folks prefer the manual, some swear by automatics. I tried an automatic and it was the first time and last time I used that battery.

I see you're doing some research and asking questions. I wish you luck on the first steps in your journey. Everyone here is pulling for ya'.

Since you don't mind a slightly larger diameter, I'd go with a manual eGo. It's the 510 you're looking for, but its also more adaptable than the standard 510. It's really an excellent pv.

I started with the KR808D1 auto and I quickly discovered that the manual provides a much more consistent vape. From what I've read on here, a lot of people feel the same way about the manual 510.

Good luck to ya!

It last most of the day I would get the kit with two in it..so you can always have a full charge and be ready to go...there are some other accessories that are helpful to have with it too, but it's all according to a person's budget as to how much any of us can afford to spend when we first get started. I added a little here and there. I love my eGo though....I just keep my atomizers clean and they hit like new. I also bought adapters so that I could try different models atomizers and carts on it...it's awesome...I loved my analog ciggs and no lil e-cigg would have helped me,,but eGo did...I have not had not one analog since. And I would always go with manual batteries..more control over hit and less likely to turn on by accident...Good prophets has 5 or 6 battery covers for 99 cent if your worried about putting it in your pocket and accidentally mashing the button. They have a lot of cool stuff
