Hey i see the ceramic is white in these picture ? is there any difference :) if so what are they !

We have spent 6 months of R+D developing a new proprietary medical grade ceramic that is produced by the worlds leading ceramic manufacturer. Our original ceramic wick was press manufactured, and was ground to size post production, resulting in some dust and particulates to enter the threads and liquid. The new RES wick is fired to form, and does not require any post production alteration. As a result, the ceramic is much stronger, does not create any dust, is less likely to crack or break and is also more porous, allowing more liquid to be absorbed. Basically, our new ceramic is leaps and bounds ahead of our original design.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

So...are we going to have to buy a whole new RES System to have the new ceramic ?

I would assume, and obviously this is only an assumption but I would think it would be treated the same way as if you broke your ceramic, where you send it back in and then pay the fee to have it replaced. I cant imagine it being any other way since if someones old res ceramic breaks I am sure they will not be replacing it with the old ceramic. Hopefully, we get a definite answer here soon.

ok tell me more about this new ceremic?
Other then having a state of the art manufacturing process, more durable and hold slightly more liquid, what do it have to offer in terms for the overall liquid delivery?
I have the orginally ultramax with res and from my exprience it was really hard to use. I would either get a flooded atty and need to blow juice back in the res or I was getting dry hits. It was very hard to get a sweet spot. (BTW i am using ultrapure e liquid) Hence have stop using it.
Will this new res fix this issue? and how much most liquid can it hold?
