AVE Boba's Bounty in my hands at long last. First impressions from someone who has waited forever.

Sharon, I think you and I have very similar tastes in tobacco e-liquids. I love HHV. I almost ordered some Boba's, but after reading a lot of these posts, I have decided to hold off for now. Instead, based on your post, I think I will place an order with Vermillion. Haven't ordered from them yet, but if they are anything like HHV, I know I will love it. Thanks for the post! JD
I placed my first order with AVE last week and ordered 100ml of boba's, 30 ml of hype and 30 ml of gorilla juice. I took a chance with the boba's but I'm glad I did its amazing. Yesterday i found it ok, i took the cap off and let it steep overnight and today, well, I don't know if i've adjusted or 1 day steeping could make such a huge difference but I absolutely love it. I just reordered 200ml more of it today.
Gorilla juice is fantastic too, ordered another 30ml of that, Hype I have not tried yet.

Man, do you vape 20ml a day or something? I couldn't imagine ordering 100ml of anything, much less something I had never tried lol. Boba's is my favorite juice, and I still only order 30ml at a time
I think the only way I would do more is if AVE decides to go down for an extended period of time... Even then, with the others I have in rotation, I could stretch a 30 out for a month.
Now at the seven day mark, magic happened. All the funky flavor has faded and the Golden Grahams cereal everyone else attests to has emerged. This ish is so damn good now. So perhaps taste isn't all that subjective. Just wait it out folks.

Haha, I ordered 100 mL of Boba's too, having never tried it or even a similar juice before (I'm pretty new). I know it can sometimes be funky to get ahold of, so I figured if I didn't like it it's popular enough that I'd be able to swing a good trade for something. It's supposed to be delivered in the next couple of days, according to Canada Post, so I'm pumped to try.

I know exactly what you mean. I mostly like fruity/berry kind of flavors so far, usually with some menthol mixed in or "ice" flavor fruit stuff, but BB, even though it's definitely not my favorite tasting juice, is what I go to on the rare occasions I still miss my smokes.
About a week and a half in........put it in an EVOD and vaped it empty. It's not "there" yet, but it IS getting better. I think the juice is aging, but also think my buds are coming around to it.
I love Boba's Bounty and it is always a mainstay in 1 of the 4 or 5 juices I have going. While the Earth didn't shatter when I tried it, it is very good. It does take a while to steep 2+ weeks before it is any good though. Srsly, it is not good straight out of the mailbox.
As a general rule, 100% VG juices take longer to steep. Bigger bottles take longer to steep. So if you bought a 30 ml bottle of a 100% VG juice, it will definitely a while to age.

Agreed. I just tried it again after 2 weeks of aging, and it's a lot better than when I first tried it.
The first day I got it and tried it, it was overwhelmingly sweet, no tobacco and all vanilla. Now I'm getting a bit less vanilla and some more other sweet flavors. Excited to see how it all turns out.
Yep, mine turned out nicely and I already reordered a second 30ml despite having barely touched the first. Not a fan of GJ either. Fake Runts candy banana isn't my thing. One issue with Boba though is that it sucks in Protanks due to clogging the wicks. Removing a wick just makes a gurgling mess. Might have to break out my despised Viva Nova again unless someone has a recommended tank for Boba's that's great on a VAMO.
Good call on getting a second order soon. The sooner you get it, the sooner it will have time to steep well. Clogs my wicks too... I had 30ml shipped July 15th and I haven't finished the tank it was in since I got it. Just now got my first hint of anything close to graham cracker. I figured this juice would take a while to steep properly since it's 100% VG. Haven't even touched GJ yet.
I got so worried I would run out of Boba's, I just bit the bullet and ordered 100 ml bottle as soon as I got to the store and it was open.
It seems to work ok in my ProTanks. I just give it some extra time to wick after I fill the tank, like an hour+. So far no issues.
I also have the joneses for a taste of the BB. DKTab as a week in vaporer I had the same experience as you did, all the hoopla about it, then tasting dktab as something that I would not offer to trade or give someone, this goes straight to the garbage bin. Forum said, 'let it steep-- oh boy AWESOME, it was exactly what everyone was saying, 'really weird but so tasty that it can become an adv, it was exactly that..
