I know it's all over the board, but I'm wondering what people would say is the AVERAGE percentage of flavor they put in their mixes. I see some people saying to start low, and I just saw another mix that was 40% flavor.
I'm thinking I'll start around 10% and add more to mixes that need it, but it would be great if someone could give me an idea where they usually end up.
