I went crazy trying to figure out why my UFS was draining to the collection cup and flooding.... I was using 100%vg w/ a HH357. Switched my atty to the custom one for VG and it's perfect - no leaks, gurgling or flooding.

Prey tell. What is this custom VG atty you speak of?
Thanks
;)

She's referring to the custom option for the 357, where you have several options you can choose for them to use when they build it

Custom HH.357 Cisco Spec Hybrid 510 Atomizer - Avid Vaper

Martin, I had that happen to me once, puzzled the heck out of me for a whole evening trying to figure it out. Over-tightening onto your battery isn't really an issue for the atomizer with the AVS since the center pin doesn't float, but over-tightening that pin against the atty during assembly can be. That was really the only learning curve I had with it, I lucked out and had the juice control ring in just the right spot for my juice on the first try . . . if only I had that kind of luck with everything

can anyone help me loosen the draw from my UFSv2? i loosen the airflow control all the way but its still stiff. Im a direct lung vaper so its a little harder than mouth to lung vaping.
btw im using a IKV 901 1.5atty w/ stealth adapter. I tried with a standard 510-901 adapter as well but it had the same results.

only thing i hate about the AVS is i have to nearly close the thing, dry hit a few times (then im outta breath from hitting it so hard), then open up the airflow control to get an easier pull.

Just out of curiosity have you tried a 510 atty or carto in the ufs? And if so how was the draw then?

just changed out the 901 for a Boge 510 LR carto. the draw is alot better. thanks! i guess i was just really hoping the 901 worked cause its my favorite atty. im not really a carto person but i'll give this a shot.

now i gotta figure out how much to close the control ring to ensure this carto stays wet. What would happen if i punched the carto? wouldnt it be the same as using a punched carto in a carto tank, right?

I don't have anymore 901 attys so I can't test but I wonder if maybe your 510 to 901 adapter is sealed or has a very small opening. I used a Madvapes 510 to 901 converter once with my UFS and it seemed to work ok although what is a hard draw for you might be just how I like it.
And Huffel is right no need to punch although if you did it should work mostly like a carto tank.
