Awsome everywhere and not in the cold

I had always felt a little discriminated against as a smoker in NY. Being military I could not smoke inside any building always had to go outside in -30 degree weather in order to catch a smoke (god it was cold). I now am able to vape in my office without desturbing anyone. Some military installations will not allow vaping in buildings (in fact most) but you see soldiers of various ranks Dipping tobacco in government facilities all the time (the Army regulation states that there will be no use of any tobacco products in any facilities this means smoking, chewing, snuff and Dipping)
