You're right, your daily nicotine consumption has probably stayed about the same ..... it just took about 5 times as much juice to get it.
(Figuring you probably went from 3ml/day to 15ml/day)
Spending more by needing to buy more juice is the name of the game, and is what has driven the market for a couple of years now.

Yes. And many people of indigenous tribes when they were introduced to alcohol strongly believed that more is better. Were delighted in speedy developments of alcohol market. Did not knew about alcoholism.
From a pic? This is a coil wrapped for an A7, tell me, did I wrap it myself, or was it wrapped in China?

I believe these coils are made from nichrom. So?Kinda like vapers and these prebuilt coils of questionable metal and quality.
Cheap and easy...and so very popular.

Sure.
As soon as you can positively verify the material used to make the $. 02 coil.
Lol
Not a problem at all. You can do whatever you want to do.Personally I vape off a homemade mod plugged into a dyer socket. I'm pulling 30amps at 220 volts and I inhale several gallons of e-juice a day. Some I mix in large vats stirred with an electric D-handled drill but I buy a 1000 or so ml a day.
But fortunately there are those, kinda like me, that have found what works for them and just hope others can also find what works for them. Doesn't matter if it is a cig-a-like or a 2000 watt set-up. For most, the goal is to give up the smokes or lose weight or calm nerves or whatever the reason. Vape it the way you like it folks and cheer those that chose a different path to the same destination. Some people find what they like and are stunned to find everyone isn't in lock step with them.

Buy ready made coils or build your own. Do it your way and don't let anyone tell you your way is wrong if it works for you. Vape low nic juice and go through gallons of it if that is what works for you. Go low ohm or super low ohm or go high. If it works for you then it isn't the wrong way to do it. There is no right or wrong. There is just what works for you.
OK ---- Off my soapbox----Carry on![]()
I guess I should have highlighted "If it works for you"If they are having breathing problems then it isn't working for them.

A problem - if you start to preach that your way is the best way to vape. That high-volume is so much better and so on. And we see it on ECF many times a day (not from you, of course).

Their intention? the only imaginable intention in business is "sell more of it". They are not the good samaritans wanting to improve your enjoyment, it is quite the other way round: they convince you that "more of the same" *is* your enjoyment.Another way of looking at it is that the manufacturers of Tanks and Mods are looking to continuously improve the vaping experience. Higher Wattage Mods and tanks producing more voluminous vapor and guzzling the juice are becoming more popular because many enjoy the intense vapor production. The side effect is the need to consume more juice. I don't think it's the intention. The intent
I agree they are not good Samaritans, it's good business to improve vaping products and influence Vapers to buy or upgrade their equipment.Their intention? the only imaginable intention in business is "sell more of it". If they make a 40 watt box and two month later a 60 watt box - don't tell me this means enhanced enjoyment, most people never use this high wattage and if there are people who do, then that is what I would call a "side effect". Beginners buy these boxes because they are the newest development. I talked to an unexperienced vaper today who used eGo batteries for a long time and wanted to upgrade now. He said: "I will buy the 75 watt box, not the 40 or 60 watt because then, I am better equipped for future atomizers". Well ... no idea if he likes masses of hot clouds, no idea what these amounts of watt imply for atomizers - but this "the future is 'more' and 'more' implies 'better'" - it works. And sells more liquid, of course. Liquids are core business, because recurrent business. The equipment for it is just a helping hand.
You are right, it was a simplification, they care primarily about people buying new stuff all over again. But those who definitely care about liquids are the vendors/shops and they comply in that they seem to push bloody beginners too in that direction. If you watch what kind of new products appear on the market, typical beginners' starter sets, simple to handle, not much to regulate: not much to see in terms of new devices. I think this is how the interests of manufacturers and vendors meet. Most of the equipment manufacturers don't sell juice. So not sure why you think the APV manufacturers care about juice consumption.
