Good morning Folks. It HAS been a helluva week!!!!! Having a new refrigerator and bed delivered today for my new home. That's a bit of a silver lining in my otherwise cloudy/rainy week.
Oh good, it's not just me. This week's been like a month to me.......... but it's almost over YIPPEE !!!!!

Hip has been really good, now if I could get the neck to give i'de be batting a 1000
Dont think the neck will ever smooth out, this is preventive maintenance. Ive got Arthritis, Disk Mylopathy, Bulging Disks, Degeneration and a couple pinched nerves. My yearly Scans show it is getting worse.
Its been discussed but dont want to play until it absolutely has to be done. Once its fused it will create more damage to other ereas. Been working on strengthening all the muscles and getting the tendons and ligaments to be proper instead of different from one side to the other which is causing all the pulling and tugging on the vertebrae.
Dont blame you on that one, my Dad has similar stuff back in the 80's had surgery and his back was never the same after that.
