First chance I've had to sit all day. The mother in law has an elderly black lab. Two months ago, she had to have her greyhound put down, he was 16 and quite a lovely dog.

She has come home today with a new dog, this one is a black and tan Yorkie, tiny little thing 2 years old. I have been busy trying to keep the 7 lb dog from bossing about the 70 lb one I sure hope they settle this pecking order thing asap.

Hi Expat. Seems like a good long age for a Greyhound....of course it's still never long enough when you have to let them go.

Now as for the Yorkie, sounds very typical....they can't or won't acknowledge their own size.
I have two boys of my own.

Warning: Yorkies are born spoiled rotten, lol.

Got the last of my Christmas shopping done. Now I stay out of the stores.

The grocery stores out here have way more than food in them now a days - that's where I get into trouble - just one more gift for someone.

I do that with my grandson...I say I'm done & I buy 3 more.........LOL
