Hope you improve the best you can improve, Don. I can imagine the pain you have. I have Spinal Stenois and arthritis in my back and it affects my left leg mostly. Now I'm getting arthritis in my hands. I found out this winter that the damp cold really plays havoc with both the spine, leg, and hands and even my arms at times.

Cool here, Thanks! Been up to Toronto, and many other provinces/cities in Canada. Always a good time for me, and Oh yes....the beer! I live on Molson and/or LaBatt's. If I'm lucky, I occasionally get my hands on some Kokanee. The Memorial Day long weekend for us in the states is next weekend. Looking forward to that! Enjoy the weekend and the beer!

Got a few birthday parties to go to. Unfortunately, most of the people in CT don't know what a good beer is, so I'll have to bring my own. My little boy turns 5 soon, so his party, in a couple of weeks, will feature good beer for the adults attending. Other than that, not too much. Just the usual stuff that can't get done during the week, due to that terrible thing that we call work (the job).

Saturday morning, the family is all asleep, relaxing with some MT....catching up on some threads... Don, your back/leg/pain issues reminded me of me a few years ago. I had a major problem with a slipped disk and found a good chiropractor to help. What's interesting about that is I found out that in the last 10 years a new school of chiropractics has been developed. Completely different methods with a lot more emphasis on accu-pressure and accu puncture. This new direction was at the time only being taught in dallas, and I found a guy here near houston that studied there. After a couple of months at an old-school chiro, I was feeling worse....i went to this guy and he fixed me up in about 3 visits. I'm not sure if there's anybody way up there from this school, but i'd be happy to check into it for you if you're interested. The guy even taught me pressure points for when certain muscles "deactivated" so I could get them going again without having to go in for adjustments all the time.
or you could move down south! :)
