Buenos dias, amigos! I'll be off to work in a little bit so I just wanted to say good morning and I hope everyone has a great Saturday
Good morning Crew! Well....I made it out of the hospital alive. Surgery went well (so the doctor tells me). My foots in a cast and I'm in pain, but NOT really bad pain. Hard as hell to try to get around on these crutches, so I'm only getting up to use the bathroom when nature calls. I'm pretty tired still, and feel like I could sleep all day today (if my son would let me). Thanks for all the good wishes, vibes, and prayers! I'll check back in when I'm feeling less pain and less tiredness. Hope y'all have a good weekend!

Welcome back Kevin! Glad everything went well. I hated being on crutches. I think my armpits hurt more than anything first time I was trying to use crutches. Anyways, rest up! Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks Don. Hope that your recovery is moving along well too. I've got about 8 weeks (my Dr. downsized my recovery time), to sleep, heal, and try a couple of new juices that I ordered from you. (OF and Conun). Take care my friend, and hope you have a good weekend.
