Just recieved my order from BWB...Placed it Fri after Don got
back up.(I ordered 3 to sample because of the glowing
reviews here) I ordered: Expresso, Applewood & 555..All
in 18mg....Here's my experience.
Upon opening the bag, I was struck with intense & inviting aromas...Quite unusual. I've been vaping Expresso & Applewood for a couple hours now...They are extremely
flavorful, intense, unusual, heavy duty...Seems stronger than 18mg...Might need getting used to...Tons of vapor.
Definitely worth a shot...I'll try more.

I tried 5 different BWB e-liquids recently (RY4, 555, Malty Toffee, eJoker, and Applewood). The eJoker and Applewood were in 6mg nicotine level (because they supposedly give great throat hit at even zero nicotine level), but while I thought the flavor of these two was interesting, they are both too weak overall to be a regular daily vape. The other three e-liquids I got in 12mg nicotine level. Flavor was a bit better, and definitely fairly smooth (something I found in common with all BWB flavors I tried), but I've found over a short period of time that none of these are all that satisfying. Previously I was using 12mg Halo Freedom e-juice, and it worked okay for me for 2 months, but I don't feel the same about these BWB e-liquids. The flavors are a bit more interesting, true, but...I feel lucky I only got 10ml sample bottles, as I don't think I'll be using BWB again. Delivery time and customer service was very good. Vapor production good too. I like Halo e-liquids better though. Maybe BWB e-liquids just work better at higher nicotine levels, but I'm trying hard to keep my levels low. Tried Halo 18mg Torque56, but that was too heavy, though otherwise pretty darn good for the unfiltered analog flavor it is supposed to be (might be better at 12mg). Just my two cents worth of input. Thanks for the reviews. We always need more reviews. Keep 'em coming. : )

I completely agree. Don has excellent flavors and I mean they are one of a kind. The apple wood is epic. I think it his flavors would be better however if they were stronger. I think his liquids are kind of weak in flavor. I've gotten several of his flavors and they are really, really GOOD. They just need more flavor. I put in a order recently for more applewood and maple tobacco, and I asked for double flavor. Maybe that'll be the answer.
Don has bent over backwards for several people on here and myself included. He's a great businessman and friendly guy. It's refreshing to do business with someone like that.
His stuff is really worth trying.:vapor:

Huh...Painter-face, what nicotine level or levels did you try? I was trying mostly 12mg. Nothing higher. Maybe a higher nicotine level brings out more flavor from these Backwoods Brews. I wouldn't normally think so, but...could make for an improvement. I ordered some small samples of a few Freedom Smoke USA e-liquids, mostly very tobacco flavor oriented. Lots of people also like Freedom Smoke USA's e-liquids, so I thought I'd give 'em a try, but on a more limited and narrowly focused scale. I don't like wasting too much hard earned dough on e-liquids if I can help it. I only really need one good one, though occasionally trying out others can be fun.

I tried bwb 555 and it seems to have no taste at all

weird

Ditto. I tried the 555 and Honey Flue Cured and got very limited taste even at 24mg. I let them sit for a week and tried them again with the same results. Glad I just got the 10ml samples. I PIF'ed them.

I've noticed with some of BWB stuff that you need to let it steep a little. Leave it uncovered out for a few days. It's not the kind of thing you can pop open and drip right in because it's mixed to order.

Some of the flavors I've tried from Don (Maple Tobacco especially) are good to go right out of the envelope. Some need to sit (Maxboro). Some are OK to start but once they get a little age on 'em they really become awesome (RY4).

Give these juices another try after they've sat in the back of your vape spice rack for a week or two, then tell us what you think. :)

I don't know, I've had 'em at least two weeks now. My initial first impression of them when I received these flavors was okay, but after one day of regularly vaping all of them, the weak flavor aspect of all of them started to get to me. I found myself vaping more than usual, just to try getting more of the satisfaction level I had previously gotten used to with my last e-liquid. Now, after 2 weeks, I still feel the same about it. These flavors are okay, and not harsh, for sure, but there is just enough "oomph" to them. And that coming from a guy that isn't really looking for too much "oomph", which usually just ends up being too harsh and overpowering. I guess I need more of an in-between flavor that is truly flavorful without harshness, and that might be very hard to find, but I have had e-liquids that better fit the bill than the BWB e-liquids I've tried so far.

Hi Carter - I was born and raised in the Burg - Springdale and New Ken. Live in AZ now but still a Steeler fan since birth, lol.
Everytime I have tried to order from BWB it seems the site is down or something :-( . Since your post says its working I am going to try again. I am definately interested in the espresso and will see what else strikes my fancy. Thanks for the review!

I didn't try my Honey Flu for a week after it arrived. I chose to let it, and the other small samples I bought, to sit and steep. So I don't have a comparison between brand new and aged to offer. But I did find that when I finally tried them, all the flavors were strong and easily identifiable. There was no mistaking the honey in the Honey Flu and the apple in the Applewood. And the vapor and throat hit put Johnson Creek, Halo, and Vermont Vapor to shame. Good stuff, this BWB!

I hope it's better than Vermont Vapor. I cant smoke it. Being 100% VG its thick and hard to vape. Good vapor but their flavors are very weak and off. Their lemonaide tased like the smell of lemon cleaning products. I kept thinking lemon scented pine sol every time I took a drag.

I refuse to try any other juice than BWB. My mouth is so sensitive and BWB causes me no problems. Have an order coming in tomorrow or Thursday. Can't wait. There is always a TH and I vape the lowest nic level I can get. Vapor is never disappointing. The only time the vapor is lacking, it's due to equipment not the liquid. I love Don's brew !!!!!!!!

I tried the 12mg...my friend has the 24mg and is experiencing the same thing. We let them both sit for 2 weeks and then tried them. Same experience.

Maybe I'll let it sit with the top off, but that's getting too high maintenance lol

Yeah, I vape wyatt earp, and while it's better after a couple weeks, it's still tasty before then, albeit a little syrupy.

It's all good. Lots of people love it and others it doesn't do much for. That's why it's good that there are a variety of suppliers. Something for everyone :)

BWB is the best. Applewood is my favorite and now cherry tobacco is number 2. The FSUSA Applewood is not bad, but its not the BWB Applewood..Love Don and his juice
