Hi RIMP! For my recipe, the only flavors are tobacco absolute in alcohol, and then some Ethyl Maltol, which ECOpure also puts in all their juice, even the Krystal, I put a little more in...it's a crystal you have to crush and then dissolve in alcohol with heating, for flavor enhancement and evening out the high bitters of the tobacco...then a little Caramel, and a bit less of Hazelnut. (Gives just a hint of nutty caramel) I'll put a link here for the recipe in DIY. It's a knock-off copy of Johnson Creek's Original tobacco, I can't use their new one formulas because of the PG, nono for me now...but I've found the ECOpure Krystal is the
only nic/VG that really works for that recipe, no other VG ever gave me the right flavor I wanted.
My Recipe is Post #9
It's really a "from scratch" recipe, because you have to pre-mix your tobacco flavors, the caramel and nut flavors, and prepare the Ethyl Maltol. Once you have those done multiple batches ahead of time and stored in their own containers, it's just a matter of measuring. I recommend using milliliter measrurements throughout for accuracy. Drops are not consistant from one liquid to the next, MHO. I figured out the first 10 ml bottle of good juice cost me about $300, from now on a 30ml batch is about $6 each!! Yes, takes some study, but not hard, pretty much step by step. Also takes some practice, so don't get discouraged. If you want help with something, read through that entire thread, every one had something to contribute. I'll be glad to help, just PM me...GREAT FUN!!
