Bad experience with bestecig

I did receive a full refund and I was happy and surprised at the same time. I only expected a partial refund if anything. I don't know why my items don't work right. Sounds like allot of you have gotten great stuff from bestecig. I just must have been unlucky. I have given myself headaches from sucking to hard trying to get a hit. I switch back to the old atomizer and battery I started with and they work fine.
Anyway, thanks for all of the posts and thanks best ecig for the refund.

Ringo, mine is on its way currently. It said "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA USJFKA" "Arrival at Sorting Center" which I assume is JFK Airport.
The next entry the following day (today) says "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and my zip code for "Arrival at Delivery Office ".
No mention of customs for me. My order was under $100, which may make a difference.

Ok Kitabz, what do you mean a USB adaptor plugged into the mains? I ordered a USB passthru, it should arrive today, & was planning on plugging into the USB port on the front of my computer,not a laptop. Will this work ok? It's sad to be so electronically challenged. :)

I wondered the same!
and asked Randall .."main" means wall outlet... so you can use a wall USB charger..

I have also had bad experiences with this company. It takes 2 weeks to get your more often than not, defective products. Their atomizers suck, then they tell that nothing is wrong with it, I wasn't able to get my money back, my only choice is to take a chance and order from them again and they said they would give me extra atomizers. I don't like the idea of ordering from them again, but I have no choice.
 
I am only 5 weeks into vaping, but have spent HOURS on the forum reading & researching before making my initial purchase of an NJOY NCIG starter kit, which I LOVE. Then I placed a large order with beste-cig after reading multiple good reviews in the forum. I realize everyone has different experiences but I have been most disappointed in the penstyle, usb e-cig & batteries I purchased from them. I can only judge by the NJOY & it puts these to shame. First all of the batteries(I bought 3) seem to produce a bitter burnt taste, I thought that was just because they were new but even after 2 carts they still tasted the same. I also tried the NJOY atomizer on it but it still has that taste. The penstyle battery gave up the ghost after less than 3 carts, the usb setup leaks air so bad around the atomizer/battery connection, I used teflon tape on the threads to try to seal it, the other 2 spare batteries gave up after just 2 days of use. On a better note their blank carts fit my NJOY just right & are a great price & their menthol juice is nice. I wrote beci chen & his response(reponse was within 48 hrs of e-mailing him) was I was overfilling my carts & had drown the battery, to try flipping any liquid out of them & try charging again, I responded that I am VERY careful not to overfil & mostly use prefils so far, but I would try his suggestion. I placed a napkin over the end & did as he suggested, absolutely NOTHING came out, at present I have them sitting on top of my stove as it is the older gas type with pilot lights and therefore warm on top, but not hot, no open flame or anything!! Will try charging again & let him know, I don't expect any miracles in that they will take a charge but who knows? Will post again for follow up. :grr:
 
Update' got a fairly prompt response last nite from beci (less than 24 hr) offering to replace my batteries with another order, I responded that I did not mind ordering again, but that he had not addressed the usb e-cig issue & I would expect a shpping discount. He responded that I could order, include the "repalced parts, but don't pay on the website, contact him & he would make it right & include a shipping discount. We'll see how this goes! Had my hubby pick me up another NJOY as I am terrified that they are going to shut down ALL IMPORTATION of these wonderful devices. And after a doctor chewed my plentiful rump today I REALLY want to continue on my road to analog & nicotine free vaping. Down to 4 - 5 analogs now after having smoked 2 pk/day for way TOOO many years. Still using some nic juice but usually well diluted. Will follow up as I hear about this order.

I have ordered from beci chen a couple of times and have recieved prompt responses to my email. I think their penstyle vapes very well, and I like their atomizers and extra batteries, haven't had a problem with these. The only problem was with 2 USB passthrough not working upon arrival but shot Beci a email and he took care of it right away. That won't stop me from ordering from him again, his services and most of his products I find to be up to par to others that I bought and a faster response than I have gotten from NJOY.

I just got an order from bestecig two days ago, took 5 days to get to me. I'm in LOVE with the 801 atomizers, but I should have listened to the complaints about the batteries... they turn on if I just look at them the wrong way :(

I found it weird though that my tracking never showed it going to customs at all :confused: but hey I'm not complaining. I'll wait a little bit to see how the atomizers last and then order more. He can keep the batteries though LOL.
 
Update: Have placed another order after e-mailing back & forth with Beci. He has agreed to replace my failed batteries & USB penstyle, & because adding these items to new order increased shipping, he knocked it back down to lower weight price. Some confusion about how to place order without paying for these items, but I hope that will work out! Beci has been good about responding to e-mails ;), I write he responds within 12 hrs lately! Looking forward to getting new shipment in as I am trying several new nic jices! The menthol med was GREAT :hubba:, gonna try X-high to be able to dilute more. Will follow up later.

I just got my small order from beste-cig and am not very happy with it. The flavors I ordered were pineapple, cream, flue-cured tobacco, and red tea in High. Only FCT was palatable. The others had very little flavor and left a nasty taste in my mouth besides.

The bottles are completely unmarked and solid white, so I had to get out the label maker first thing and I can't see how much is left. The white part was shown on the site, but I did think it would be labeled.

I see now that they are not a sponsor of the site, I think I will do business with the sponsors from now on. There are so many sites out there, at least I can check reviews on these sites first.

My order says that it arrived in the USA ("LAXA" with I assume is LAX Airport). The last notice from yesterday says, "Handed over to customs". Should I be worried or is this standard?

Standard procedure. In a day or so, it should read "Inbound out of Customs" and then to your local Sorting Center.
