Bad Flavorings- Lets get it Together

I just recently started to make my own juice at home, and I am absolutely loving it.

Somewhat discouraged at some of the flavors i ordered, and i wanna get peoples experience. I am posting because i have been unable to find anything about these flavors-

Ordered from RTS Vapes

TFA- Coffee(Kona)Flavor 10ml

It smells terrible from the get go, and has been awful in any juice i mix it in with
I have tried varying percentages- all the way down to 1% and there is literally not even a hint of Kona at all

TFA- M-Type Premium (tobacco)

I really do not like this at all, any suggestions for mixes or other tobacco flavors?

The verdict is still out on this one, seems sketchy

Well, that is enough ranting....I am hoping ya'll can give me some suggestions about better versions of Cheesecake and Kona, I really want an Awesome Kona

None of those flavors is bad in fact the Marry Jane (best used with tobacco flavors) is very popular with those who desire a Pine note. I think we all got sucked into thinking MJ would replicate something it is not. However you do need patience as coffee and tobaccos don't happen overnight. M-Type (try 3 or 5%) needs weeks to a month of steeping before it really gets good. Some love the TFA Cheesecake some including myself just prefer Lorann or Capella Cheesecake instead.

Give your juice about a week and plan ahead to allow time for proper steeping so you don't run out. I think once you let the process happen the way it needs to happen you will like those flavors much more. Also give Lorann Cheesecake a shot and I think you might enjoy it more. Just keep in mind Cheesecake is best served with a fruit and might be somewhat flat when mixed on it's own.

Try the TFA Caramel Cappuccino ( one drop per 10 ml.) and add some Bavarian Cream, very good and authentic IMHO.

I agree on this one. I prepared it a month ago and it’s still really bad. Will try to add sweetener, if sweetener does not help it will go down the drain (all 30 ml).

Save yourself the sweetener and time, the only way i could stand once M-Type was at 0.5 %, and then had to steep it for 24 hours with no bottle cap and then 1 extra month. At the end it was vapeable but I did not like it. Many good flavors on the market nowadays!

TFA cheesecake is terrible. TFA cheesecake with graham is where its at, totally different.

TFA has a lot of poor flavors but you have bought some of the worst of the lot..... IMHO
I use their cheesecake in one recipe but it's in a mix of 6 other flavors.

Most of their fruits are candy-ish

If you want a good coffee, make your own flavoring. I went through several store-bought flavorings and did not like anybody's coffee.
Then, I made my own.

I agree with the Mocha Cap. it's delicious and very strong so start out with a small %. I haven't made any good mixes with the M-flavor. Wish I could find one so I could get rid of it. I don't like coffee flavors from anyone. They are just not right. I do like their RY4 Double mixed with Tobacco and Caramel, it's one of my faves as well as my housemates. My son is enjoying it too. I make it strong so it's ready to go with no steeping and it gets vaped up quick. My recipe is:

RY4 DBL 10%
Tobacco 7.5%
Caramel 2.5%

This can be adjusted if you want to steep or just want a lighter flavor.

M-Type is not really a mixer it's good by itself but it needs time to develop.

+1 (-1?) for the TFA black tea. holy cow. That stuff is evil. It smells like straight up bug spray in the bottle. I got brave and mixed it with some stuff and ..yup, still bug spray. Even at a really low percentage..believe I used it at 1% with two other flavors.

TFA Mexican Coffee is just nasty. Seems even one drop in 10 ml is enough to ruin whatever it is added to. Nasty floral taste...

Plain TFA Cheesecake is Yuk.

But TFA Cheesecake (Graham Crust) is excellent and so is Capella NY Cheesecake.
Most Coffee flavors are too strong and nasty IMO.
Best Tobacco flavors come from VZ-SC, Inawera, and Hangsen.

BTW: You might like FA Tiramisu or FA Coffee Espresso.

Only used at less than 1% tho, and in a mix with Creams, Vanillas, Chocolate, etc.

I have much success lately using CAPELLA flavors

You can get them from Capella directly or bullcityvapor.com

I can go as high as 20% with some flavors- with awesome results!

i made tpa m-type at 5% and its on the STRONG side

i like that flavor but 4% is max
i also mix m-type with black honey Tobacco to give it a little boost

notice that i like strong flavors........


worst flavor of TPA..... blueberry extra and apple

those 2 flavors are the joke..... the weakest flavors ive come acrossed and ive tried more than 50% of all TPA flavors
