Has anyone ever purchased anything from Ecigiggity out of Hawaii? I just recieved a Tobeco Kraken Clone from them. ( yes I know....you get what you pay for but couldn't afford the real thing just now )
I received the Kraken clone, filled it up and it wouldn't fire. Check to make sure there was power feeding to it and there was. Then I noticed the O-Ring at the bottom was torn when they fitted the tank on and that was leaking.
Got a hold of their "customer service" ( email) and still waiting for a replacement or refund.
So I ask....anyone else have problems with this vendor and what if anything can we do as a community to ensure these people don't prey on us as a consumer?
