To start off, I can swear under the ecig review section there used to be a subforum for positive reviews for sellers but all I see now is a negative one. To the moderators, if this is in the wrong place please move it to where it should be and I apologize for that.
Anyways I just placed my third order with kidneypuncher and will continue to do so because they've been very good to me.
My last order with them was for 5 1.8 ohm Nautilus coils. They processed and shipped my order very fast. After receiving the order I went to install a new coil in my Nautilus and noticed it wouldn't thread more than about an 1/8 of a turn. I was kind of baffled at first. Upon further investigation I saw that some threads were missing on the part of the coil that threads into the base, and the ones that were there weren't machined very well at all. Now if these were cheap $1 protank coils or something this wouldn't have been a big deal, but these Nautilus coils are expensive! I contacted kidneypunchers customer service and very politely told them about my problem and offered to send them a picture. Corey emailed me back very fast and asked to see the picture so I sent him one of the defective coil next to a good one. He said that he could see the defect and asked if it was just the one coil or all 5. I took a look and found 1 other in the pack with the same issue. He took my word for it and said he would credit my account $3 a piece for the defective coils and did so very quickly.
I just wanted to share my experience with them and let everyone know that they have great customer service and good prices. I just used my $6 credit today towards another 5 pack of Nautilus coils, this time the new 2.2ohm ones.
Also I asked him if this was a common issue or if it was just my bad luck and he said this is the first time he'd seen this issue. Sorry for being so long winded and thanks for taking your time to read about my experience!
For those interested, here's a photo of the defective coil. It's not the best quality because it was taken with my phone, but you should be able to see. It's the one on the left..
