Hi folks! Two more wooden mods for sale......

Both are Curly Maple, finished with a light coat of amber shellac, sanded to enhance the grain, and then top coated with 3 coats of an oil & urethane gloss topcoat. 510 sealed connections and uses a single 14500 battery. C&K tactile switch with a mosfet circuit, red LED and neodymium magnets to keep the lid securely latched.

#1: Switch is a 300g switch (uses 300g force to activate). Gives a nice "click" when pressed. - SOLD
#2: 110g Switch. Lighter force switch, no click, but very nice...it's what I personally prefer. - SOLD

$40 each - Shipping Included.

Click on pics for full size. Thanks for looking! PM me with any questions or to order.

Bahnzo, I got my box today. I have to say it's great, really good quality work. Thanks

Excellent, I'm glad you like it. I've got some cool ideas for finishes that I hope to show off eventually. And other stuff.....

All sold?.........

Waiting on Col Gaunt right now, I'll give him 24 hours and then you are next in line.

Both have been sold. Thanks all!

I wish you would make me a 18650 3.7v Bahnzo that isn't awfully expensive. I want to be first on the list for an 18650. That Curly Maple sure is nice!!!

I personally need to build myself one for my 18650 battery, so I'll have a prototype to work from. I have some Bird's Eye Maple now (my supplier didn't have any Curly Maple that looked good) so I'll be building the next mods from that.

Bahnzo, I forgot to add one thing. I praise you for all you do in the PIF forum. You were doing labor for free on the typical box mod. I thought that was tremendous. Just thought I would tell ya that and also, remember------Sandy was first to ask for the 18650..lol.

My plastic piece of junk I made is:

3" Tall
2" Wide
7/8" Deep

My 18650 3.7v Battery fits perfectly in it.

I could try this for some 18650's (since I'm going to build one for myself...): PM me if you are interested in one, bearing in mind that it's going to be $10-$15 more (I'm guessing about $55-$60) depending on the switch. I have a couple switches on the way that are very nice and well-rated (500,000 uses or 1,000,000) and have built in LED's. They are pricey tho, but like I said, very cool and should look nice with the wood and well worth it with the very long life expectancy. I will post pics when I finish with mine (the prototype) and not hold anyone to it, I just would like to get an idea of how many 18650 people are out there.

Each 18650 last me 1 1/2 to 2 days vaping without needing a recharge. I love them. I am a heavy vapor and the 14500 does not last me more than 6-8 hours. I always have to carry a spare just in case. With the 18650 2400 mah, I don't worry about it. I had the 18650 3000mah and found out the 2400 mah lasts just a long and a couple bucks cheaper. On top of that, you recoup the expense over a 14500 just because have a longer life because you don't charge them as often.

Just trying to get Bahnzo to try and make one...lol... Hopefully, he will see the advantage of the 18650.
