My argument is still to ban babies. Since expensive government studies done by for profit corporations all on tax dollars show that ALL current smokers along with ALL ex smokers, were once babies. It is the only common denominator. Likewise, this study also correlates drug use to breast milk seeing as how this is the first substance ingested by an infant using the "gateway substance” theory one could argue that this could also FINALLY allow Big Brother to actually win this so called "war on drugs".

Ban on babies, and jail those to dare to illegally copulate. It’s the only solution.
