Okay - Finally got my order last Friday from ejuicesteals . Overall, I am both pleased (price) and a little disappointed with them.
Originally had a few problems with the original order and applying discount codes. Sent email and got a response a few hours later (this was a Sunday) . . .
There was still a problem charging back the difference. However, a couple of days later, I had the opportunity to speak with the manager "Brett" (see previous post). Who corrected the issue and refunded the discount back to CC account. . .
Got notice order was being completed and shipped. However, NOPE - NA DA there was a problem with the order . . . Long story short, even though I was informed everything was okay 1) Get refund notice because items was not available - yet, when I called and spoke with "Brett" again it seems there were 2 left just not the same "color" . . . 2) Order was shipped with a second item "Refunded"- without any previous notice - nor anyone contacting me and offering another solution . . . The thing is, when I placed the order I specifically remember asking "wait till all items are in stock" before shipping. AND - As of Today I see both items are available and at a lower price too . . .
SO - Am I happy I saved money - YES ! ! !
Am I disappointed with customer service, especially not getting what I ordered or a replacement option - More Then Somewhat ! ! !
Would I order from ejuicesteals again - I would really have to think about it and if it was worth going through the same process again . . . Not Sure . . . Especially given like a few people already mentioned - just a little concerned about some of their practices.
