Okay - Finally got my order last Friday from ejuicesteals . Overall, I am both pleased (price) and a little disappointed with them.

Originally had a few problems with the original order and applying discount codes. Sent email and got a response a few hours later (this was a Sunday) . . . :thumbs:

There was still a problem charging back the difference. However, a couple of days later, I had the opportunity to speak with the manager "Brett" (see previous post). Who corrected the issue and refunded the discount back to CC account. . . :thumbs:

Got notice order was being completed and shipped. However, NOPE - NA DA there was a problem with the order . . . Long story short, even though I was informed everything was okay 1) Get refund notice because items was not available - yet, when I called and spoke with "Brett" again it seems there were 2 left just not the same "color" . . . 2) Order was shipped with a second item "Refunded"- without any previous notice - nor anyone contacting me and offering another solution . . . The thing is, when I placed the order I specifically remember asking "wait till all items are in stock" before shipping. AND - As of Today I see both items are available and at a lower price too . . . :(

SO - Am I happy I saved money - YES ! ! ! :thumb:

Am I disappointed with customer service, especially not getting what I ordered or a replacement option - More Then Somewhat ! ! ! :unsure:

Would I order from ejuicesteals again - I would really have to think about it and if it was worth going through the same process again . . . Not Sure . . . Especially given like a few people already mentioned - just a little concerned about some of their practices. :blink:

Thanks for sharing. I guess I got lucky with my two orders that went fairly smoothly. My only glitch involved several sold out items, and that was resolved on the phone...they called me. But, I was likely the 1st ECF customer of many. Maybe we caused a bit of a rush, and that can cause problems with a small (I assume) business.
Glad you're 'mostly' satisfied. I sure wish they had Aspire Nautilus coils at 10¢ each like the Nautilus X coils I stocked up on, LOL.

I'm picking up my two orders today (I have to have things shipped to my parents house 40 miles away. They get stolen here). So after a drs appt we're driving across the lake to get my packages. I'm praying I get everything I ordered!

I’ve done three orders with ejuicesteals, and all of them have come as ordered with the exception of three Ares RTAs that they were out of. But that was refunded before I even got the order in the mail, so zero issues for me.

Yes, it is because I live in Australia @VapingMattCA. Still, I haven't seen shipping at this ridiculous cost ever :eek:.

I'm so sorry, Possum! I don't usually make assumptions like that. But it was late and I was getting ready to go to bed and just hurriedly posted without thinking. I'm so sorry. :(

There was a massive blitz upon ejuicesteals from that other unmentionable site as well. That's where I heard about them first. When I first got there almost nothing was sold out.

I ordered twice from them and didn't have any problems except it took 2 days for them to ship, but that's understandable seeing that they were under assault. Saved TONS of money.

A 7 dollar Ijoy Katana and and a 5 dollar Advken Manta. Not from Ejuice steals though. Very VERY good indeed.

Ejuicesteals order update
Ordered about the same as all of you. Received order confirmation and credit card charges the next day. Then nothing for over a week. Sent a couple of emails per day for 3 days. Called and LM last night. Called again today. Received email today from Mohammed that my age verification wasn't working. Plz send pic of license and me....So I did
I stated that I needed to hear a response or I would file a credit card dispute.
Within the hour I heard back that my order would be "shipped soon" .....
To be continued.....

I find it a bit ironic people trippin' on discount codes when everything is already so cheap. Yes (as I predicted) they got overwhelmed by ECF and the "other forums". We wiped them out. So... the question is: can they now restock and sell a bunch more stuff before it's "too late" or will they just get rid of the rest of stock and disappear? Their name implies they started out mostly selling juices (maybe hardware was just a "sideline" that they knew wouldn't last) Still... it was fun and exciting to get all those deals.
P.S. I sure hope dedi get's her stuff.

@dedi, Awhile back I went trough a big hassle with age verification. Same place I had ordered from before changed their system and now required photo ID. Scanned it (covered up a few things) and then they said "too low resolution" so I set the scanner to higher res. That worked but then they said they needed my wife's ID (because it was her card I used to pay) Finally had online chat with manager and got it worked out... what a freakin' hassle! It was a different website BTW. Funny thing is when I ordered from ejuicesteals they didn't even ask for age verification. Maybe I'm in the"third party" system and it works everywhere that uses that system... I have no idea.

Yeah, bit of a hassle for sure. This is the first time I have ever had a problem or hassle ordering online since 2009!

One way to sometimes track down deals shown here without the source is vapecrawler. Often their low prices are out of date but not always. I'm being patient and cautious. Once upon a time I had a boutique manufacturing business. It's not going to be easy for the vape hardware manufacturers to ramp down production after years of steady growth. If sales in the US fall off significantly there are going to be good deals for a while to come. In the long run the companies will do okay if growth continues in other nations.

I didn't really "get"t the site, but perhaps I was late to the party. I mean, I almost bought a couple Nautilus Xs for -/50 cents each because I have the quad survival kit and the first thing I did was break the glass.... But I don't want to be wandering around looking for X coils, I have never been a fan of top air so much (I'm sorry, I'm just not) and I couldn't see the point of like, making the NX a RTA seems to me those drop in build decks just aren't the best and probably way too small and I'd be frustrated.

I thought a lot of their stuff was not so cheap even....

IDK hearing the mixed reports makes me feel A OK about it.

Right now, I buy for Excellence, in any case. I'm done stocking up.

Bu t I hope you all get lovely, timely deals.

Got my orders and everything was in there. I even got a couple of extras! I got 3 of the stabwood vapes and they each look a little different but I wouldn't know stabwood from plastic! I'm just going to hope they're real since I'm giving one to a friend. Even though they ran out of an item I thought I needed I'm basically satisfied with ejuicesteals. I sure hope they restock! :D

Oh I thought I was should also give an update about ejuicestealscom. I asked if I could pay for the other tank the one that they mistakenly sent to me instead of the Axiom with the RBA, they said thank you for purchasing from us and you can keep the tank no need to purchase it. So I thought that was very nice as well though I was more than happy to pay for it. If they do end up restocking I will purchase something from them again I had a good experience though I do believe they are smaller company and probably got overwhelmed

That was nice of them.

I guess a lot of the vendors are small operations. If bans start to come down they will be trying to liquidate their stock quickly at giveaway prices and see a much larger volume of sales than they are used to. They are likely to get overwhelmed and there will be chaos going on.
