Also the KBox had an even worse issue - internal shorting
It's not the "Kbox" it's the "Nebox"... I have two of the old Kbox and love them actually (one is Kbox mini 60W and the other is the original Kbox 40W with the LEDs) Have had no issues with them. Thanks for the heads up on avoiding the Nebox.

Has anyone ordered from 3Avape? I know it might take awhile to ship but any other issues?
Placed order with them on Feb 22, still shows basically a label has been printed. Figure with everything going on it might be delayed a while, but probably be my last order with them.

Somewhere out there
Vaporl has Swag mods at 9.37 and Swag kits at 14.06. Shipping on 2 mods was reasonable, but nearly tripled when I started checkout with 3 in the cart. I went with 2, I already have what should be a lifetime supply of mods. I think this is the Swag version 1.

So if you had mail that had apparently gone missing and wanted to start the process of the USPS finding the mail or being able to report it missing when the time comes what would you label the products as I have like ten bottles of E-liquid and two things of coils and none of their categories apply whatsoever and they asked great detail of anything that is not in one of their little categories. My concern is that this is priority mail with $100 insurance however I'm pretty sure you can't insure tobacco products so I don't really want to tip my hand if it's going to screw the company from getting their money back which is been going to probably screw me

If the package didn't make it to you get a refund from the company and let the company deal with USPS. You don't have a claim with USPS.

They told me that I have to get a number from the usps.. I think I'm probably screwed on this one even though in the past the company's been great. I guess if worse comes to worse I can do a chargeback

Get a number? What number? You probably should just get a refund and let them deal with it.

That's what I thought because even the Postal Service doesn't know what the hell number I'm asking about they said there is no number and for me to report it missing or whatever I have to have proof of priority mail I have to have shipping receipt I have to have the proof of value of the products and all this other stuff that I don't have. I guess I'll email the company one more time and if they're not responsive I'll just dispute the charges

USPS pretty much requires reports of this type to be done online these days .. I believe all that is required is a Tracking Number, based on an incident I had to deal with, anyway ..

The company that sent the package is the only one that can start that process. You can visit your local po and take a copy of your tracking info and show to postmaster. Ask them to check it for you and to print out what their results are. I then sent those results to the seller via the open ticket. A I had similar problem and mine did get refunded tho it took months. Once you open the ticket to seller do not close that ticket until you get the refund and do not be hesitant in asking for updates as to the progress.
