Thank you! I got a great deal and I'm anxious. I want to send my brother some coils before the ban. Do you guys really think they will reject a person to person shipment of a few coils (usps)?
IMHO - NO, USPS/UPS/FedEx, will not reject a package being shipped person to person even if it is a vape product, whether it is in a priority envelope/box or wrapped in a plan brown box. That is unless you are "Marking" the outside of the package or verbally declaring what's being shipped inside the package - then you are setting yourself up to being question further and/or have the package rejected until the additional requirements/forms filled out are met.
So it is up to you whether or not you send anything Vape related to someone else. BTW: I do it all the time. . .
FYI: The only questions being asked by USPS at the moment:
Can USPS ask what's in my package?
When you bring your mail to the post office, employees will ask if there are any liquids, flammable, or hazardous material inside the package. It's your responsibility to make sure anything you mail complies with what's allowed. ... Mail may be flagged if the letter or package is stained or is leaking.Dec 26, 2018
(BTW: Coils are not liquid, flammable, or hazardous . . . Just Sayin' . . .

To be honest - In my opinion - there are a number of people all over ECF that are making to much out of the new mail/shipping ban of e-Cig porducts and E-liquid. I believe it mainly has to do with making it more difficult and/or stopping online purchases and manufactures from providing products over state lines without collecting taxes, etc. as they did with cigarettes.
Just as as example: For years, I would send 6-8 cartons of cigarettes to a friend every 2 months in Priority packaging . . . I was never asked, nor did I declared or offer to tell the Postal Employee what was in the package . . . It was only after 15 years, one of the packages was not delivered and a notice to pick-up package at post office was left at the recipients door. Needless to say, the package was never "Picked-up". AND - Even with that said, especially since there was also a return address on the package - no further actions were taken either - No Summons' - No Fines - NADA.
