Ugh...I lost my very long post I was typing. Sheesh.
Let's try this again. Thanks beforehand for any help.
I've been a "simple" e-cig smoker for about a year. Was a Smoketip customer and while I am no longer giving them any business thanks to a few incidents of decidedly poor customer service, I give them props for having a nice starter kit that hooked me on vaping.
I have since made one purchase through E-cig dot com. Their prices and ridiculous amount of flavors sold me. I know some folks have had problems with them, but my initial experience proved outstanding enough that I'm going to buy from them again. But I kind of want to ratchet up my experience.
Here's what I want:
a) I'd like a higher quality cigarette. I know why some people like separate atomizers, but I think I'm going to continue to steer clear of 3 part cigs for the sake of maintenance and component overload.
b) I want to go away from pre-filled and test out filling my own carts
c) battery life is nice, flavor is important, but vapor/throat hit probably is #1 for me. I want a lot of vapor and a moderate to heavy throat hit
d) I had a D here originally but heck if I can remember it this time!
So I have a few questions! Now, I have seen opinions already at various sites on most of these questions, but I'd kind of like to consolidate them into one group and have some of the experts here tackle them in one fell swoop. While I''m sure there are differing opinions, it seems this should be the most trustworthy source for what I want to know.
1) Right now I'm leaning towards the VGO. Is there a basic consensus on the quality of this product?
2) E-Cig's VGO kit provides 2 batteries as well as two atomizers, implying it is a 3 piece ecig. But they also provide empty VGO cartomizers, implying it can be either a 2 OR a 3 piece depending on your preference. Am I misunderstanding that?
3) Smoketip batteries had no limit to the length of your draw. However, the E-9s I got from e-cig have an automatic battery shutoff if you drew for more than a couple seconds. I got *used* to that, but would prefer not having that safety mechanism there. Does the VGO have it? I see no mention one way or the other about it. Not sure how common that is.
4) I go through 1-1.5 pre-filled carts a day. I'm currently thinking of buying 260mls of e-liquid (spread over 5 flavors). How long might that last me roughly?
5) How many empty carts should I buy? How many times can they be refilled generally speaking?
6) E-Cig offers, of course, the following bases: PG, VG, PG400, a PG+VG mix, and a VG+PG400 mix. My first purchase there used the PG+VG mix an I was pretty satisfied, but would one of the other options be preferable if the high vape/high throat hit is important to me?
7) Lastly, are there any devices for battery charging other than the little USB chargers and the wall plugs FOR the USB chargers? I might just have bad luck, but I swear those things break so dang easy. I've lost 4 chargers already simply from dropping them on the hardwood floor to by someone bumping into them when walking by my laptop. Irritating as all get out.
This kind of looks like a lot of questions, but I really do appreciate the help.
